MP3 uploads unable to be played or used on windows app or browser.

Hello there, I’m a recent subscriber to Deezer and I was very much looking forward to using the MP3 uploading feature as I have a collection of fan albums and projects that aren’t on any major platforms. However, at the time of writing its been at least 5 hours of troubleshooting, and the uploads just stay greyed out and unable to be played no matter what, which is quite frustrating to say the least. And on browser I set for a separate set of tracks to upload and they don’t even show up on the desktop app. If there is any support or recommended course of action I could take I’d greatly appreciate it.
