Provide 'radio' stream, at least for top tier HiFi subscribersNot for now

I would like to revisit idea touched in 'Provide official Deezer plugin for Mopidy music server' thread, but in a different way and with a technically sound foundation. I am software developer and, if needed, I am willing to participate in the project, beta test etc. #1 Reasons #1.1 Deezer HiFi sound quality is good enough to be only comparable to Tidal, however I prefer to stay within Deezer ecosystem. #1.2 Other services offer 'streaming' experience DI.fm is having token/stream URL for subscribers Tidal and Quobuz have official MPD plugins Spotify has well working mopidy plugin, sadly their sound quality is inferior #1.3 Existing electron app is neat multi-platform gimmick but it doesn't offer sound quality that HiFi deserves Electron apps are cpu and memory hogs User can't properly select sound pathways to make sure that lossless sound actually reaches sound card/DAC. Having electron app trying to play HiFi stream is subpar experience. Having full fledged/busy UI app is nice for the times when I want to train Deezer what to play but completely unacceptable for times when I want to play my 'flow' music and work on something else. #2 Proposal Examine what DI does with tokens and streams, it is very easy and secure logic that allows proper streaming. User can reset token at any moment, individual stream URL is in form server/path/token/station. Having stream URL with tokens is easy to track (for misuse) and limit to one client. Offer similar streaming service for HiFi users, so they are able to actually stream lossless music. Offered HiFi stream for 'flow' only would be sufficient. We can all train Deezer using official app. For other times, when we already have flow sufficiently trained, having lossless stream is essential. As I said I'd be happy to explain more, participate if needed, or help it happen. Not having proper HiFi stream and not being able to feed it directly into DAC is a show stopper. Thank you for your time, I hope to get serious official answer and that we can expand in this much needed way.

One playlist with all my tracksNot for now

Hey! I would like to ask whether there is a possibilty to have the one list of my all songs added to different playlists? I would like to sort them for example by date of addition so I could check what are the latest tracks I have added to any playlist. It would be useful then when I added the track and I would like to check what are the last 10 songs I added.

Deleting tracks from anywhere on mobile appNot for now

As user i want to have possibility to remove track from anywhere, not only from playlist page. Description: If i listen `shuffle play` i can't delete any track from common playlist, it's not cool because when i'm listening music on mobile i always go somewhere and i don't have possibility for searching this track in playlists. The same situation for saved playlists. It's good when you can save a playlist click on one button, because it saves your time but then you can't delete anything from the playlist.

Playlists should be shown as child items of the "Playlists" menu for quicker access to them and adding new tracks to them more easily via drag & drop

Please make sure that when a playlist is loaded into offline mode, it is saved by albums and tracks, not by a playlist.

Hello! I went through the support sites and think that currently you can save mixes just on deezer.com or on desktop app. I remember my confusion on beginning that i was not able to save mixes from phone. Please give us that feature. Thanks

ok Deezer happens to be my favorite app. So I just thought about something, why don’t you add an upgrade where users will be able to see what their friends are listening to. It can probably look like something similar to twitter timeline and you can be able to make comments and they can be a thread of conversation. Also a place I can see users I can add to my following probably Deezer AI should be able to give options for you to add friends that vibe to your type of musics. Trust me you’ll be able to create bond between people and also a new way of networking.

Offer all tracks of an artist in "Most played tracks" instead of only 50Not for now

There seems to be a new limit of max. 50 tracks for the tab “Most played tracks” on an artist profile. Formerly that tab was called Top Tracks, and it had a limit of 99 tracks, as far as I know. I would prefer to have all available tracks of an artist in one tab, so we can shuffle them easily which otherwise is not possible in Deezer without creating a separate playlist with all releases.

Download all the music with one clickNot for now

Hi All,   I have all of my music downlaoded on my phone. Sometimes I have to redownload all the music as the cache is corrupted or for any other reason. Why not add a way so that the user can download all of its music and albums just with one click ? Currently the user needs to go through all the lists and albums and manualyy hit the downlaod button, this is tedious. EDIT: There is a typo in the title… Should read “one click”, titles are not Editable

Band/artist filter in playlistNot for now

In a playslist, when I filter a band/artist, it would be cool that the filter stays active while you play the songs. This can help when you want to listen just to an specific artists but the songs are not in order.

List or artists or albums that Deezer thinks you might like. Give me the option to “like” “dislike” or “maybe” along with “add to favourite”. Will allow me to find new music quickly and hopefully improve the abomination that is the flow, mixes and dicovery.

3D point cloud visualizer/map of similar artistsNot for now

Imagine if we could visualize the music we love as a 3D point cloud representation as we do with high-dimensional data graphs with AI and neural net softwares like TensorFlow or Microsoft Azure. ...with the similar artists in the neighborhood!  This would be an amazing way for discovering new artists. We could zoom in an area, look at the connections, spin around, select an album (an artist or a song) and start listening… Waw!

Generating playlist from shuffled several other playlists.Not for now

I have several playlists of 1000 songs each. I'd like to shuffle them together and create new playlist from random songs from this playlists. I don't want shuffle all my library and don't want to shuffle my favorites, i just want to shuffle my "work music", wich does not fit in one playlist.

it would be nice if the new music was really sorted by date. it is then again an album in between what was released a week before and so on..... There should also be a distinction between album and single.

Many of us use playlists to separate our music into genres, and many songs are added into multiple playlists. So, what we do is adding it to each playlist manually, which is not that bad when you have few playlist (like me), but doing this can become harder and harder  over time.So… Why not making the “Add to Playlist” feature to show us the playlists just the way it does now, but showing multiple-selector checkboxes?That way we can see properly in which playlists the song is and also it lets us add it to a few playlists flawlessly (or at least saving a lot of time).

Like on mobile devices, i think that It would be sick to have the mixed colour lyric screen. This could be disabled or enabled in the settings. I think it would add more life to the app. Opinions?

Add button to disable recommendations and bannersIn discussion

Lately, I saw that “we got” recommendations (on Android for now) and I’m frustrated that I can’t turn them off. Like the settings for privacy, where you can opt out for promotions, offers by mail/push/SMS, etc.Here - LINK - a user reported a bug and it’s still not fixed.Here - LINK - another user complains about those banners. I’m really frustrated with these annoying banners, so please, at least add a button in the settings to disable any kind of banner/recommendation.I’m paying a subscription for this reason, to not be distracted by useless recommendations and banners. If I would use the Free plan, then I would understand the banners.But if I’m paying for it, I expect to have a “clean app” without annoying stuff.

Oled mode?In discussion

Anyone that has an oled tv almost definitely worries about screen burnin, that's including my self. I would like to have an option in the app to enable this, and what It would do is make the screen completely black, and maybe have the deezer logo float about the screen, like the old DVD players dide.g. vid:  I listen to music regularly on my tv via chromecast stream, and I'm always really conscious about screen burnin. it would be nice to have this feature as a little peace of mind, that i don't have to worry about my fairly expensive tv being ruined by screen burn in.
