Windows/Mac Deezer Desktop/Web App - Bugs/Issues/Workarounds

I use the desktop app on a daily basis to be able to test these issues and also track issues. I also wear Bluetooth headphones and I miss using media buttons as the web player does.

Lastly, I'm very eager for when we get gapless playback too!

Besides, it'll make me really fulfilled once I can tell you all that these things are no longer a problem 

Yeah I noticed that too! Also it’d be nice if it didn’t take so much to load a song… But I can live with that, for now...

We're working on that too, our player, to improve performance @JoeBro1907 everyone here at Deezer is fed up with bugs  but we're working on long-term improvements, that's why it takes longer.

Just wanted to let you know that I resolved this issue. The issue was with the older version of Sql server. After update, the issue is gone :) .

I have my Deezer Desktop App (Windows Store as well as the one provided under https://www.deezer.com/desktop/download?platform=win32&architecture=x86) crash on me seconds after login.

Each time I uninstall, reinstall, it opens and after login it crashes.

I already reinstalled my whole machine (for another reason ;)) and this behaviour persists. I am running a really clean setup, no firewalls, no Adblocks etc.

Any tips?

I can’t listen to Music in Firefox eiter, because Deezer doesn’t support the browser. :(

My Windows Version is 202H

I installed Deezer Windows APP today from the Windows Store.

Deezer App starts - I was able to login over the Web - then back In the App I must select a user profile (it’s a family account). After selecting the profile the app closes herselve.

I start again the app, I see for a short moment the frame of the app. Then it’s gone again.

I unistalled the app and installed it again. It’s working again until the step with the selection of the profiles.

Any idea?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please try the following:

• Uninstall the Deezer app
• Search for appdata and delete any Deezer folder you find
• Restart your PC
• Download the Deezer app from here: https://www.deezer.com/desktop/download?platform=win32&architecture=x86
• Reinstall

Could you please give us some details about your system?

I have re installed Deezer HiFi on My PC and 2 phones. O the phones everything works correctly. But, on my PC app I cannot get hifi quality playback. The  audio is set to high fidelity. I have done a re install. The PC is set to 48000 Hz. The album covers or icons don`t show hifi either. Any help would be appreciated. Signed Frustrated of Thailand

Did you check the album cover in the play queue view? The normal album page and the thumbnail in the playbar will not show you the HiFi or HQ sticker.
