Hello, I’m part of iOS beta and I would like to know whether the app was updated to support QirPlay 2 features? When I connect to my AirPlay 2 speaker (only have one so far but updates are coming for the others) I don’t feel any benefits. My understanding was that AirPaly 2 would support long form audio meaning that the song will be loaded in a queue within the speaker’s memory instead of short streaming from the phone. Can you confirm if it supports AirPlay 2 new features? If not when will it be added? best
Hello,It would be nice if Deezer remembered the audio settings when changing profile within a Family account. It always switch back to standard even when High Quality was selected. The same goes when HiFi is enabled. best

Hi,Using Chromecast has never been easy with Deezer, an issue I have now is that, sometimes, when playing my flow on my Chromecast Audio, the cast seems to crash, and when I restart the app it reconnects to the Chromecast but the song being played is the first one I heard on my flow.Second issue is that, when trying to get back to the song I was listening to (after the previous bug), I quickly click on the next button (skipping 1~2 songs) until the cast seems to crash (music stopped and the bottom "Being played" bar disappears but the "Listening" icon on upper right side is still animated like in the screenshot).When I do the same with my Android TV, the "Being played" screen freezes on this view (buttons do nothing):But I can still swipe down to hide it and do something else on Deezer.In both cases, when I press the play button on upper right side of the screen (next to the Cast icon) like in the first screenshot, the playlist is playing again from the beginning.I also had this issue
Hi there,I have been using Deezer for quite a long time now, however, some issues are still present or have only been partly fixed, such as:Deezer Connect: The first implementation is pretty good for a start, but what about a global synchronization feature? Why restrict it from mobile to web? Slow performance on Android, especially with a slow network, it will retrieve EVERYTHING online instead of using the downloaded content/cache first, which is really annoying (and inefficient) when you are trying to load a downloaded playlist but have slow internet connection (👋metros/trains). Outdated API: Do you want to have Deezer everywhere just like Spotify? Start by updating your API, if it’s good enough, some technical requests that are asked by some users (but not the majority) can be fulfilled by the users themselves, until an official implementation is made. And mostly, make Deezer Connect available with your API, as it’s really powerful.PS: The terms and conditions from your API website
Hi! The Deezer Labs crossfade feature has a problem: only 1 sound out of 2 in the queue is crossfaded. Sound 1 fades out to sound 2, but sound 2 ends without transition, then sound 3 starts, then fades out to sound 4, but sound 4 ends without transition, then sound 5 starts, etc... So, the fade works 1 time out of 2. The successive updates do not solve the problem. Thank you!

An attentive superuser (Thanks Laurin!) in the German community noticed differences in iOS versions 9.27, 9.28 and 9.29.With 9.28, the menu that appears as soon as you click on the angry emoji in the flow has been revised. 9.27 and earlier versions: 9.28 and newer: The new “Change the style” option takes you straight to a completely different genre. With the recently released 9.29 (currently beta), the player has been cleaned up a bit.9.28 and older: 9.29 and newer: The sleep timer has been completely removed. Don't worry, the timer has been removed for flow playback only. This is where the evil emoji can be found.If you listen to playlists, albums, etc., the timer can of course be found in the familiar place.
I haven’t received my monthly music email since March. Wonder what happened?
Since the last couple of updates (note, I've been a beta tester for a while now, but I'm not sure if it was an RC or beta that started this), when I start a flow or Playlist or album, it plays two songs at once, especially when I skip to next track (basically, it looks like it's skipping two tracks forward and playing the jumped track and the track after that). If I hit pause, it'll continue playing a track, and if I go back now, it'll show and play the jumped track that was playing in the background. It works fine for a couple of songs and then it happens again.

Hi (Tested on Androids O and P, Deezer 5.4.23.14 and .7) Deezer app does not receive Android default music controls correctly (does not start playback) if it's not already running The expected behavior: start Deezer activity and start music playback in the background once Music playback button (either play button on headset or play button on music control widgets, or simply ask Google assistant to play some music) is pressed Current behavior: nothing happens if Deezer app is not running in the background. It works correctly only if the app process is already running in the background. Best
