I haven’t received my monthly music email since March. Wonder what happened?

You need activate your Listening habits again .
Go to your Deezer Profile (PC) Account settings Notification preferences Listening habits
I checked my notifications and listening habits are already enabled. I just haven’t received my monthly music since march of 2024

The reason you are not receiving the Monthly Music is that you are temporarily excluded from our communications (emails and push notifications).
This helps us compare the behavior between users who receive messages and those who don't.
Your participation helps improve our messages, making them more relevant to your musical preferences.
This will last only a few months. After that, you will start receiving our messages again as usual.

Oh okay, well I hope I receive them in the future. I’m on the beta program on the Deezer app. So far it’s a great experience.
