Hi, Recently every time I click shuffle on a playlist or favourite tracks, the song will start playing, but after about 45 seconds Deezer completely crashes and the music stops playing. I then have to go back in to Deezer as if I had completely closed the app, and find my music again. It also loses any previous songs that i have played, meaning any lineup that I had is completely lost. It is very annoying, as I then can’t listen to music for more than a minute, and then I have to restart my music, just to do it again in a minute. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the app, signing out and back in, but nothing works. If anyone has an idea of what to do, it will be gladly appreciated!

Dear Deezer, In my opinion you guys are kind of sleeping on the Discord Rich Presence Idea we the community have been requesting over the course of 2-3 years and the community has also included some great points into creating this feature possible! In my opinion you guys are really sleeping on this opportunity right now, Spotify has this feature, displaying the artist, the current song playing, how much time has elapsed etc. It would be really neat to have this with Deezer too! I don’t want to switch just because of a single feature Spotify and Discord have! You guys should try and do this and let the community know how it goes, keep us updated. So many platforms have joined the Rich Presence thing it’s ridiculous that Deezer is excluded! There’s such an opportunity! Hope I was informative. - A Deezer User.
Why not integrate it to console? That would be better than spotify imo, cuz you guys actually listen to your community.😭
I have playlists containing 2000 songs. Therefore, I sort them in alphabetical order by song title. Newly added songs always end up at the bottom. Previously, I could easily drag them upwards in the smartphone app. But recently, it has become much more difficult and very time-consuming. Currently, I can only drag a song up a few titles at a time. Then I have to scroll the bar on the right before I can move the song a little further. I have to repeat this multiple times in order to place the song where I want it. With playlists of 2k songs, it takes a lot of extra time! I didn't face any problem with this before, until a couple of weeks ago. Please fix this issue! Because it's not very user-friendly anymore and frustrating.

So there's this problem, I already typed the websites URL and tried to find where I should put the code showed in my TV but It won't show it just kept telling me to use the deezer app. I tried to use the QR and same result, I'm stressed looking for the link where i need to put the code so my TV will finally connect to my account.

Hi everyone, I am new to the app and trying to figure out if there’s some way to circumvent the app launching a 200-plus-song playlist every time I want to just listen to one song (or maybe add a few more to the queue after it) without having to clear the queue, which you also apparently have to do one song at a time?? I really wish there was a way to turn this off, but I’ve been looking at the posts on the forums and it seems like maybe the staff isn’t comprehending this issue, so I wanted to ask regular users if they’ve found out any way to get around it with what we have to work with currently. I wish that this thing that kind of feels like a no-brainer had been implemented at some point in the last five years, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers and the sound quality is pretty good. Someone let me know if this should’ve been on a different sub-forum. Thanks!

Like so many others, I would like Deezer to work with Tesla on integration. I have tested Deezer for about 2 weeks now, and I am impressed about its quality and auto playlists. I will pay as soon, as Deezer works on all my devices. Playing Deezer of my phone to bluetooth stream to Tesla unfortunately degrates the sound. So integration is the only way..... Cheers! Christinn
I changed my family plan to premium which will change at the end of the month. How do I reverse the decision before it changes.
There is no share button in the bottom bar when deezer is used from chrome. In order to share some good track, one needs to find it in the playing palylist. Finding something playing in a playlist is easy only if you listen to an album. As soon as the playlist is bigger - it’s a hard work. So it would be a very good thing to have a “share” button availiable all the time and at every moment (in botton bar)

Hello everyone! As you may know, Deezer has implemented a new background color system while playing our songs. After a few months, I personally really like the off-white color scheme that appears based on the cover art, like this one… It would be great if, among the entire range we currently have, the application gave us the option to choose, just as we have the option to make the reproduction monochrome, it would be great if we had the option in the screen settings to be able to choose the one we wanted. What do you think?

You should be able to select certain playlists and artists to prevent them from influencing your flow. For example, if my partner plays her her favourite artist ad infinitum, I don’t want those tracks to influence the algorithm for flow, likewise if I were to play a child’s playlist for my nephews. This would help keep the Flow more “pure” for my own music.
