HiSo I've received a new phone galaxy s21 plus. My jbl wave 100tws earphones aren't connecting to deezer. I have followed all the instructions that I've seen and still not working. I can connect to other media sites ie YouTube.
Deezer seriously needs to improve account security, and the only right way to approach this subject, is by adding 2FA as additonal account security. This way we would be able to use a 2FA app, if we first login into a device, and therefore our accounts would be more secure from getting hacked.This seriously needs to be done.

Deezer application works great in Ukraine on all devices (Windows, phone, Android TV.)But if I try to ask the Google home assistant to play music on my TV, it says that the Deezer service is not available in my country.Also, I cannot connect Deezer service to Google Home without VPN, for the same reason.Please, could you inform your Google partners that your service has been available in Ukraine for a long time, so that users do not experience such difficulties.

Hello, I would like to get Premium but the only options I can select are 3 month trial plans but I already had that. I canceled briefly but now i want to return to Deezer premium. However on subscribing, I can't select a monthly subscription and IDEAL does not work with my bank either and I don't have a credit card or google pay or paypal? I had a premium before and it worked fine with my bank. I can't figure out what is wrong.

Can someone explain to me again, why a company such as deezer is so stupid and interferes when opensource components are built to user their service.Especially now, not long after libspotify was discontinued, you should really not only leave opensource developers alone, you should encourage them or even put your own developers on it.If there are a working plugin for home assistant and openhab, you would have a massive potential userbase - but someone making strategic decisions at deezer seems not to understand that at all
Hey volks, it would be very nice to see which songs i all „disliked“ or have hidden in my flow. For example they could be under the Favorites playlist and named as „Hidden songs“. Me and many people would like that i made some interviews with my friends which also use deezer and they mostly mentioned that :) Best Regards Peter / Noah

Hello -I see the issue had been previously raised. Is there an option to create passwords for each profile (deezer family)? Setting up Kids profile or a profile w/o explicit content is pointless as a child can easily change profiles/ change type of the profile / enable explicit content and get access to absolutely anything. here how it happens: when you block explicit content for your child, yet a child will still be exposed to it: one can search it, explicit songs appear in the flow, albums, etc. If there is no bug, the songs would not play in that account. BUT there will be a notification advising to change the setting to be enable to play a song. So since there is no password, a child will follow the instructions (thanks!). Another way around it is to go into another account and search for that song. A kid under 12, can access the main account and change profile from kids to normal. So there is zero parental control. What is the point?

I am using Google Assistant in Android Nougat (7.1.1). My main language is Portuguese, alright, but neither in Portuguese nor in English Google Assistant opens Deezer when I tell it "play music". Doesn't Deezer associates itself with "music playing" in Android inner settings

I just noticed that with the new updates to the Mobile App, the playlist description feature was removed.While the Playlist Description is still present in the Web app, the feature is missing on the Mobile apps - important in introducing the listener on what the playlist is all about.Was this removal by mistake or deliberate? I really really find this feature useful to playlists I create especially those that get me fans - helps introduce them to what they should expect from the list.
