So, some short background.. I very often dont have WiFi available so I've taken full advantage of the download playlist option. Now recently I received a warning message from my device that I was running out of available space, considering I have a 256gb device, that was concerning so upon investigation, realised it was because Deezer has ONLY been downloading tracks on HIFI quality. I reviewed all my settings and it's not set to HIFI quality download at all nor has it ever. I've deleted the app, reinstalled it, adjusted all settings and attempted to redownload a test playlist. Its still downloading tracks on HIFI quality despite being set to standard and basic. Help 🥺... Please.. can anyone tell me what to do?
I have set language to English but every time I log in the website is in the language of a country I live in. When I go to settings, I see that language is set to English but that is not applied. I have to click on Save every time to have the web site in English.
Why doesn't Deezer allow you to control the songs on another device (e.g. TV) like a Spotify and Apple do etc.?

May I suggest a function, when track’s clean version is not appearing or not played in flow and automatic play? Perhaps in options we can mark that we dont want track’s clean version to be displayed or played AT ALL. Thank you for your consideration! Imi
A few days ago I had to re-log into my account. After doing this, I realize that even though I was in my account, my music playlist looked outdated from years ago so a lot of my music is gone. Also, the app kept asking me for a payment, requesting to sign up for subscription even though I’ve been signed up and on automatic payments forever. So signed up for the subscription process a payment again even though a payment for this moth had already precessed. CAN SOME ONE TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED? & ALSO TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO RESTORE ALL OF MY MUSIC?

Why is the Ruthless Podcast not available on Deezer? Censorship perhaps? And before you provide the stock response of “some Podcast aren’t available in some countries”, I’m in the US and it’s a US podcast. This is the kind of stuff that results in lost customers. FYI...lost customers = lost revenue, but maybe that’s not important to Deezer.

I haven’t listened to Aviators in a while and went back to check out a newer album I saw on BandCamp... and I noticed what appears to be a whole different artist being merged with the existing one. Namely the album Analogies on Love is what I checked out and it isn’t the same guy in the slightest. Checking Aviators on BandCamp (soundoftheaviators.bandcamp.com) confirms that this is NOT one of his albums. What can we do to clean up this mess? I actually don’t like this other guy’s music and don’t want to curate a playlist just to play Aviators on random without the other artist getting in there. The best solution would be to get someone to make two different listings for Aviators and move the second guy’s music there, right? Is there a process to flag stuff like this? Thanks, guys.

OK, so I’m not sure what the correct terms for everything are, so maybe this was already asked and answered somewhere around here and I just don’t know how to look for it. Anyway, when I search a certain term in the player, the results screen first shows tracks with that term in the title. Pretty standard. When I click on one of those tracks, it’s played which of course is also normal. But then all the other track results are added to my queue and played automatically, and that’s not something I want. Is there a way to just have that one specific track I chose play? If I wanna hear other tracks, I’ll just add them to the queue manually. Should note I’m using the browser version, I don’t know if this is also the default across platforms. Thanks and joy to the world
