my songs disappeared?

One Hit Wonder

For some reason, about 2000 of my songs just disappeared. What happened? Like where is the rest of my music? I just listened to it last.night and it was very close to 3000 songs and now there's only 500 left?

Hi @Brii-xo Xo-Diane, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.

I've checked your Deezer account, and I can see that you have 2974 favorite tracks.
 


The reason you may be unable to access your favorites could be due to the possibility of having more than one Deezer account.
To access your Deezer Premium with your  2974 favorite tracks, use your email ( br**** @ gmail.com ) and your pass word.
