I am finding some albums, especially classical music, with mixed languages in song titles (e.g. some titles in English and some titles in an Asian language - don't know which one). Hi, since at least a week or 2 already i can't use my deezer app and account. When i open the app i get the message 'niet mogelijk om de pagina te laden'. Can you please check this and help me to use my deezer app again.I tried several tel nrs but i can't reach any servicedesk of deezer. Could you give me the right number please? My deezer family is used by my family. It says it can only be used by one household which I imagine is your family that can use it when outside the household. 3 of my family are, usually, not in the house and all good. One of my family is presently in Spain and everything worked wonderfully when deezer family started in May.. last week it stopped. He then tried deleting and reapplying the app. Now saying he can't log in as not in UK. Does this mean that when I go to spain ( holidays etc) I will need a different streaming service?

Dear Sir or Madam, I signed up from another country but I live in france. I want french radio recommondations.I switched my country in account settings to France and the languag setting is france too.Everything in the App is france but not radio. I still get local Radio shown from where I signed up but I am in france. I want french radio please. Is there any way to fix this please ?
Hello everyone, i am a new user in Deezer. My carrier (TIM) is a partner of Deezer Brazil and they offer Deezer Premium for all clients. But, i dont see the option to enable HI-FI Audio in Deezer. Only High Quality is avaliable.

The one feature I miss as a former Qobuz user is the ability to not just see the name of the label a given artist is on (or given track/album), but actually having a dedicated page for the label that has all of their releases (and even better would be the ability to subscribe to a given label). Some might think it’s not a big deal, and I think for larger labels you would be right, some are enormous and don’t have any real sort of themeing. But for smaller more niche labels, say Seven Villas or Seven Villas Voyage (both from Pablo Bolivar), it would be a really really good discovery feature to find other music on those labels. Seven Villas Voyage for example is specifically downtempo music, often in long format. I’m a huge fan of this and it’s nice to see their releases all in one place.
I don't want my favourites list to play on shuffle but as the play and shuffle buttons are one and the same, I can see no way of turning it off. I have the option on my desktop version but not on the app. Can anyone tell me if this should be possible on my paid subscription and how? Thanks
Why does Deezer refuse to add ASIO and WASAPI??
I have noticed on my favourite playlist new songs that I have not added. There is about half the playlist with new songs I have not heard of and didn't add. How do I stop that?? Thank you
Very disappointed by your non-existent support! Received emails with an offer for Deezer premium. When clicking on the corresponding link, the price was higher than advertised in the personal email. Contacted support several times, first they did not do anything, then they went into hiding.What can I do?That’s not how you attract customers.

With Spotify on my Google home, if I request by voice that it play my Christmas Playlist, it’ll play that playlist and if I open up my phone, there it is on Spotify, playing that playlist that I just requested and I’ll be able to control it from there!But with Deezer, Google Home will announce that it’s playing my Christmas Playlist from Deezer but if I open the app on my phone, it’ll just be showing the last thing I played on my phone. And I have no control of the music playing from the Google Home.It’s the ONE THING left making me want to stay with Spotify. I know it’s a creature comfort but it’s much more seamless.So my question is, am I doing something wrong? Should it be doing that and my app is broken? Or is this a known issue?
