use of Deezer Family UK in Spain

My deezer family is used by my family. It says it can only be used by one household which I imagine is your family that can use it when outside the household. 3 of my family are, usually,  not in the house and all good.  One of my family is presently in Spain and everything worked wonderfully when deezer family started in May..  last week it stopped. He then tried deleting and reapplying the app. Now saying he can't log in as not in UK. Does this mean that when I go to spain ( holidays etc) I will need a different streaming service?

Hello @Vernon77, no you can travel with Deezer and don’t need to change the streaming service,

but the selected country of the account must be the same of the main account of the family.

If it’s still not working please contact our Costumer Care team here:

OK so if members can travel abroad and use deezer why did my son's account stop working? It worked fine, in spain, from May till recently. Tried logging out and in again and only then did it say hou cant log in becaus3 you are in spain.

So the next time he comes.home he can log in and it will work OK when he goes back.to spain.

I have read the RULES and still don't see why it stopped working but do understand why he can't now log in.

You may lose a membership over this.
