Hi. Iv had Deezer for a long time and I used to be able to use my entire playlist when off line. I recently changed credit cards and had to re set something for payment. since then iv had trouble playing my music offline. iv recently brought land in the bush and there is no reception at all. And the only albums I can play are the ones with the little green dots that appear next to them. Yes I have like 15-20 albums but after weeks In The bush I want my entire playlist. I think I’m with Deezer premium and I should have access to get this. Maybe I don’t. any help would be super. tganks ‘’matt

Good day I recently bought a new Hisense TV with the new Vidaa OS... And once I logged into my Deezer app, the Thumbnail/Album Art Quality is very blurry and bad… Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? And can this problem be fixed with an update? Feedback will be appreciated... Thanks K

I have had my profile for quite some years and had built up a range of play lists I no longer used and had finally gotten around to deleting them. I accidently deleted my main play list and i was wondering if there was any way to restore this playlist? It's a combination of the best of all those play lists :(
