I have had a Deezer account a long time and had buikts up a good selection. I stopped payments for a couple of months, but now re started. But where has All my music gone??? Play list albums. Gone.

I switched from Spotify due to their ads. I selected an artist to play and everything but the artist played. I selected favorites of my artist and tried to play them. The favorite played for 30 sec and then everything but my artist played. Help?
My next payment is due out on 4th June but if I cancel my subscription today will that money still be taken out of my account?
When listening to music on Deezer flow, it is not possible yet to loop the song you're currently listening to, nor to set a timer to stop the music, as is possible when listening in regular playlists. it would be a welcome feature.

I upgraded to the family plan on my iPhone but it will not show up in my Deezer app. The Deezer app still shows that I am using Deezer premium and I cannot listen to music on more than one device at a time. Please help!
I have noticed several times now that I cannot switch from playing on one device to another because the destination device does not have the current session information. So if I was listening to a podcast in the previous session, decide to play a music playlist on my phone in the current session. If I want to switch to desktop and continue listening to the playlist, the desktop app shows the podcast I was listening to before instead of the playlist I am currently listening to.And with podcasts, sometimes I listen to a long podcast on my phone, end the session and come back later and want to continue listening on desktop, but when I hit play, the podcast starts from the beginning.On Spotify I can pause playback on one device and immediately resume on another device. I can press play on the target device and it will pause on the previous device. Why can’t I do the same on Deezer?
Hi, it looks like someone has connected an app (a chromecast) to my device and the waiting list only shows their songs. I’ve tried changing email and password and it’s still happening and disconnected the device several times.Besides, none of my devices appear in the device list, even though the apps are working correctly.Thanks in advance.
a quick suggestion if I may, I love the "mixes inspired by" In the music tab. But I cannot seem to be able to save the mix as a new playlist. Adding each track to a playlist manually would be arduous. Thanking you in advance

I’ve not been able to log in to Deezer on my TV (Panasonic GZ950 OLED) for about 3 months now. I keep getting “you don’t appear to be connected to the internet” error.There is nothing wrong with the TV’s internet connection, every other app (Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney+, AppleTV etc etc) all work absoutely fine, just the Deezer app doesn’t.I’ve done everything bar factory reset the TV, which i’m not prepared to do as clearly this is a Deezer app issue. (i.e. switched TV on/off at the mains, reset the internet connection, uninstalled and reinstalled Deezer), none of it worked. Please get this fixed. I’m not going to continue to pay a subscription for a service that won’t work on my prefered device.

We dont have free deezer in our country and i am unable to link my husbands existing account to my family subscription. It says error. Try again later and i have been trying for weeks. How do i link my husband’s account?initially i let him purchase one month’s premium subscription but wasnt able to link him then either. Deezer support said i need to wait until it expires and his account is free but we dont have free.this is sooo frustrating… its been months that i have been paying family subscription and not enjoying the benefits.
For starter, I love the ability to stream songs at CD quality, but I'm wondering when Deezer will add the ability to playback songs at Hires quality. As far as I know, Deezer partnered with MQA a while ago, so the feature should have been released after that?

Hi, I use a Sonos arc, woofer and 2 era 300s. When using the Xbox App on my Series X, there is no 5.1 or better support for sound. Is this an issue, or is surround sound not directly supported through the app on Xbox? I found this kinda disappointing tbh!
