Switching from Deezer family to Deezer duo

Bonjour,

Je souhaite changer d'offre, et passer de l'offre Deezer famille à Deezer duo.

Je n'ai que le choix de Deezer Family comme offre, rien d'autre

Est-ce normal?

Cancel your current subscription and wait for the billing period to over , then you should have the option to switch to Duo
