I am experiencing an issue with one of the dependent profiles on my Deezer Family subscription. The profile named Thato is showing as an independent account with the message: "Thato Independent account, You cannot access this account. This member uses a different e...".
I am concerned about removing and re-inviting Thato to the family plan as this would result in the loss of all his music preferences and playlists.
Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue without losing Thato's data? My Deezer account email is (personal details removed for security purposes).
I have ensured that my subscription is active, the email address is correct, and the Deezer app is up to date. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this matter.
