About my Deezer

Even thought I connected last.fm to my freezer accounts my scrobbles neither appear not are counted. I tried disconnecting it then reconnecting it but the problem isn't fixed.

The play/pause key from the keyboard is not working.Previous/next song does work. Currently, the main issue is that there is no way to pause/resume a song when Deezer is in the background.And those media shortcuts have been on keyboards since forever, why are they not correctly supported ?

sorry for the word.. poster.. if it wrong when I chose songs and made a new playlist, max 4 pictures of the albums became together and created a poster for the playlist.. or if I chose one album of a band, the picture of the album became the poster of the new playlist.. For a few months when I want to make a new playlist, there is blank poster and deezer want me to customize the poster.. well I dont want to customize it, I want deezer to set a poster from the album pictures of the songs etc.. auto set picture was better.. Have I changed a setting? or it is a new way? maybe I may not explain what I want to tell.. so I am adding a few pictures.. you see my playlists.. in the past I gave a name to my playlist. I added song for that playlist and deezer put posters.. for ex.. reggae.. if playlist have songs from differetn albums deezer put 4 pictures, if the playlist is related to one album, picture of that album was sat as a poster.. now when I arrange a new playlist, deezer doesnt set a p

I noticed that none of the albums by The Glitch Mob are visible in their discography, even though the albums are available on the platform and they are assigned to the right band. I can find them through the top songs page. This is only a problem on the desktop app, on IOS it works fine. Is this a bug?

I quit Spotify because they kept hounding me with ads, or as they like to call it, “suggestions” for godawful retarded shit I don’t want to see. The ads on Spotify couldn’t be disabled and I obviously felt cheated as I paid for a premium subscription so I wouldn’t have to see ads as popups or banner ads etc. Now with Deezer Premium I randomly got a notification about some Disney (may a merciless God strike down everybody that works for that company) album that I have shown zero interest in and never heard of before. Is it possible to disable ads completely and permanently or should I just quit Deezer within my first week of using it and give another platform a try? Ad in question:

Queueing does not work on the Android app. This is irregardleas what source you are using (Flow, Playlists, just picking a song etc). Reading online seems to explain this as expected behaviour which feels...weird? 2. UI is a mish-mash of weird decisions. Why is the home page lacking things as simple as knowing what playlist I recently played (who even recalls album covers?!), And being 100% full of content that have not been decided by me, the paying user? 3. There are no iOS shortcuts for the Deezer app. The shortcuts should allow you to add a certain song to a certain playlist, skip songs, love songs, etc.

Is there to exclude a playlist from your taste profile so it doesn’t show up in your monthly My Deezer Month playlist? I listen to instrumental music during work hours but I don’t want it influencing my algorithm.

I have one question : When I use Deezer at Android auto, there is a tab where there are the mixes (eg. rock, jazz, etc.) However I cannot find where the mixes tab is in the Android App, where I could find all the mixes (genre, mood, decades etc). I streamed on the way to and from college almost every day this month and it's saying I didn't stream enough to see my deezer month? I've streamed more this month than I ever have before, it was obviously more than 15 minutes

When will the podcast section get some love? A huge improvement would be if new podcasts would show on the main podcast screen, sorted on RELEASE DATE and TIME. Now, the main podcast screen is mostly empty, which is stupid Sorting new podcasts on date and time isn’t even possible at the moment which is even more stupid We would also very much need a direct shortcut to the podcast section on the main screen, It just takes too many clicks at the moment which is very annoying. (favourites > podcasts > new releases, then navigate a list of podcasts which is sorted alphabetacally instead of chronologically, sigh!!!) Come on guys, give the podcast section some 💜💜💜!!

Why does it not play the song you leave it on when switched it off and going back to it

I've had Deezer Premium for over a year now and for the past 2 weeks, I've been getting adds every time I start listening to a podcast. What's the point of paying for a Premium subscription when I can't get rid of the adds 100%?

Deezer updated Content Limits in September 2025 after users asked to increase the number of songs on the personal playlist etc. Deezer has increased Content Limits for : Amount of Playlists ,Songs in Playlists ,Albums and Artists .
