Hello, when using Deezer in the browser or the Deezer desktop app, I noticed the volume slider is very hard to use at low volumes. A big part of the volume slider’s range doesn’t change the volume a lot, but at the very low end, the most significant part of the volume change happens. This way, it is very hard to set a low volume conveniently. I think this is because the volume slider just sets a value from 0 to 1 linearly with which the audio samples are being multiplied. My suggestion is changing this linear behavior to a slider where you can set a volume from, say 0dB to -80dB/-infdB. That way, it would be way easier to set deezer to low volumes conveniently. When I first got my Pixel 9 Pro XL, and downloaded my Deezer account -it had an equalizer. As did all the music services on this device, but Dezzer has an equalizer as default. Now all of a sudden it's disappeared completely. I have no idea why this happened, It's a very important feature to me; It's actually a deal breaker as a subscriber If it's gone for good. Can somebody please tell me why I'm losing features on my pixel device that I just bought? My Apple devices are all the same in all have equalizers my Android device took it away, and I want to know why.
How many years are going to go by before this message is removed from the desktop app?
Two issues driving me insane right now with Deezer. 1. All of sudden I don't have a Download button. I sometimes need to play songs in offline mode because I sometimes go where internet is almost nonexistent.2. In a Playlist of 400+ I shuffle bit the freaking app keeps playing about 20-50 songs over and over!! Same each time. And please don't tell me to clear the cache or uninstall and reinstall or shuffle list from desktop app because I will instatenously combust with rage. Done all of that -not working. And it is not device related - I recently changed phones and same crap is happening to this phone. The only reason I'm still holding on to Deezer is the HF quality.
Hey Deezer, why I can’t I play all new songs in the bell notification? I have to select to play one at a time. Should be able to hear all new tracks in one go.
I mostly use Deezer via the Yamaha MusicCast app to play with lossless quality via my net streamer. MusicCast has its issues from time to time as Airable sometimes seems to suffer from latency and hang ups either on its own servers, or at either the Deezer or Yamaha ends, but for the most part these are swiftly resolved and aside from the awful GUI, its a good service. Partly due to the awful GUI, and partly as i’m typically too busy focusing on my day job to want to spend more than 30s figuring out what to listen to next, my go to feature on a several times a day basis, was ‘recommended artists’ and ‘recommended albums’. These would change weekly (usually just about enough time for me to have gotten through all of them) and appeared to be based on my recent listening preferences, which had the nice effect of allowing a certain degree of natural exploration as when an artist i wouldn't typically listen to was recommended and i’d had their tracks on a couple of times through the week,

How hard would it be to add the ability on mobile to share a tiktok to deezer and deezer will find the song in that link, allowing you to add it to favorites or wherever easily. The "identify this song" feature in search is great but when the sound is playing in a different app I cant search it.

I've been with Deezer since the start, because there was a plug-in in my squeezebox, that's 17 years.I've always been the only one of my friend groups to not be on the big one. Nothing new there.Is was annoying when they sent links and playlists.The playlist imports utilities used to work but no longer.Then the execlusive podcasts started, I've missed those.Now 15 hours of audio books is included in membership. I've seen people complain 15 hours is not enough but for me that would be perfect.Are there any plans afoot to match these deals and give a customer of 17 years a reason to not move next month?

Hi there,I’m pretty sure I saw the monthly price for the premium plan here in Canada, but it seems to have disappeared for some reason. I can still see it listed under my subscription plan, though. Has it been removed? Is the monthly price for the premium plan still available? I’m a bit confused. Thank you for clarifying this for me!
Hi, deleting an account requires a password and logging in via google circumvented creating a password. I misunderstood the quality of this site and need the account removed.
Currently, if you make a playlist collaborative it is necessarily public. This appears to make it so that *anyone* can add tracks if they chose to. I would prefer to be able to make a playlist collaborative, but only editable by people who I share it with directly (and preferably only visible to them as well).I consider this not only a usability issue, but also a trust & safety issue, since someone could be targeted for harassment by having their collaborative playlists spammed.
Could a mod please delete my deezercommunity.com profile/account. Very strange to not let users change their username, and even stranger not being able to delete my own account… Thank you.
We have a family subscription ( me, my wife and our daughter). Since Deezer isn’t integrated in Roon, I want to make the switch to Qobuz and change our subscription to Deezer Premium.Is it possible that me and my daughter leave Deezer, and only my Wife change the subscription to Deezer premium, and keep all her favorites…? I am the admin so I have to cancel the subscription… and lose everything…I think
I ask google home assistant to play music but it does not show up on my account on the phone. Can't control it with my phone.

I am liking songs to add to my favorites and it tells me my playlist is full. I don't understand what that means. Does anyone else know?
There used to be a feature on the home page where it shows about 12 songs you can play then it would play similar songs after, where did it go???? I loved it
