I see this come up about 8 months ago, any new information you can share with us on including a Deezer App for Playstation 5?
Say I have visitors at my place and I want to let them play some of their favourite songs. I wouldn’t want this to affect my Flow or what I see on the app next time I use it. Even worse, if I need to play some children’s songs, I wouldn’t want this genre to creep into my preferences. Is there a way to do it? A private session of some kind?
Why is it not possible to stream to Amazon echo or other speakers? Do you seriously think a product that only works with headsets/earbuds is a realistic proposition in 2023? Every single competitor is now able to do this. Tidal, Amazon music, pandora, Spotify, YouTube music. Pull your fingers out and fix this quickly. It's a basic requirement

I want to delete all my favourite tracks and restart it but don’t know if there is a clear all button somewhere or will I have to physically go through them all?
hallo ik heb een vraag is er een manier om all mijn playlists uit deezer in 1x te kunnen verwijderen. dus zonder 1 voor 1 per playlist te doen. wil alles opnieuw beginnen en dan meteen ordenen. is er trouwens all een folder optie in deezer. zou het ordenen meteen een heel stuk verbeteren een folder optie. graag hoor ik van jullie.
I’ve been using Deezer premium on Desktop for my windows 10 PC and I can’t help but be a little miffed that my playlists don’t automatically shuffle when I hit play. On my mobile phone you can click the play button and it will shuffle if your shuffle option is turned on but on Desktop even though shuffle is engaged in the bottom right of the player every time you press play on a playlist it starts with the first track. It’s not a major issue but it is rather annoying to have to skip the first song every time and then that song won’t come up randomly until the playlist is played through. To be clear, shuffle does work after the first track is selected, but it always starts with the first track of the playlist. I’m sure it would be a simple fix so please address this.

I am seriously re-considering my Deezer subscription. Please note that reporting this error to me takes time and it is for a service that I am paying for. Since a few days the following error appears. How to reproduce: Enter in the search field any artist, for example: "Dave Edmunds". Click on the artist's name, as shown in the following figure. See the error: "An error occurred, please try again later." The same happens when clicking the Album name. It happens with both Firefox and Safari. It should be easily reproducible in your builds. Firefox version: 123.0.1 (64-bit) without any plugins loaded. Safari version: 17.1 (19616.2.9.11.7) OS: macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 (23B81) Let me know if you need further information.
So, in app on android,I go to setting, account management, manage subscription. If I want to get premium annual it says the change will take effect 10/04/2024. So I have to wait almost 6 months for for this change? The previous page states that my next payment is due on 4/10/24 Those are exactly how he dates are written
Since last update (February 2024), my Deezer app is draining a lot of battery, over 15% of my Samsung S24, it used to be less than 4% (while in use), in this case not in use. Please check what it is happening.
I don't understand how after all these years this app is still a pitiful nonfunctional piece of trash. This support forum is as useless as the app because they can't offer any actual SUPPORT other than "ReInStaLl ThE ApP!" Clowns don't know anything about troubleshooting their own app. I'm forced to reinstall the app and my music and now coming back the downloads are completely broken and wont even start for me. Seriously? I'm not even going to bother asking for help because if one of these speds tells me to reinstall this piece of trash app again I'm going to have an aneurysm. I have many ideas that I find interesting for the music application Deezer. I want please that there is an own Like and own playlist endless - radio mix for literally every music, genre that is in the ‘’Like playlist and own playlist without Likes’’ for free and Premium users. The endless radio mix must be literally infinite random that means that a best song of all time can play if you touch the endless radio mix button for free users and premium users but for premium users there is something special, they must listen and see never literally repetition never ever also if the song has another background and same artist for Deezer Premium users. And for free Deezer users for example after the 999 millijard double l (not miljard) number with 6003 zeros, then a random different song, just 1 song only can literally be repeated, the song must be a song that has not repeated the first time, just another one, also if it has another background but the same song and artist. Please Deezer do tha
There's no option to delete my account in settings.
I don’t use Spotify anymore and use Deezeer exclusively, but for musical practice and transciption - features such as pitch adjustment, and speed adjustment, looping a section are incredibly useful. I really want Deezeer to have these features and if these could be added, better with Airstep play integration

Hello guys, none of my new songs have been downloading to my playlists, I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, even tried doing my playlists one by one, does anyone know how I can transfer my playlists on deezer to Spotify
can’t find a button to switch to hifi subscription
Hi Deezer Community, Last night I wanted to convert my premium individual account to Duo. To my surprise I had to pay the full amount instead of the additional costs. Because of this I canceled the payment. What I find very strange is that the failed payment was listed as successful. How does the upgrade work? I always liked to design the deezer playlists I created in the official style, and for this I always used the logo package that I once downloaded on the Deezer brand page. Now that the logo has changed, there is no longer a link with logos and graphics on this site. Is it possible to get this package of official updated logos? (Of course, I can take those that are found when searching on third-party sites, but I would like to use the official package).
