Let me delete my account FUCKING STOP CONNECTING ME TO THE APP I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT I tried logging in to my account via web browser, but it KEEPS ON CONNECTING ME TO THE APP, EVEN WHEN I UNINSTALLED THE APP, IT LINKED ME TO THE FUCKING PLAYSTORE TO INSTALL IT FIRST LET ME DELETE MY ACCOUNT, I WAS NOT SATISFIED BY YOUR SERVICE AND I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT ANYMORE thank you
On Android, I regularly get my search bar replaced by a link of the form "check out artist ...". The only way get the search bar back is to click on the link and then go back. This feature is obviously designed to annoy. I don't understand why it is unleashed on paying customers.
I’ve connected iTunes to my Zeppelin Air but can’t see how to do this with Deezer. Any clues?
Hi When I use the search function, the amount of results is always 300 or less. (in Browser and Desktop app) Is it limited to 300 or is this just happening to me? More results would be so much better. Best Regards

How is it that I used to be subscribed until last month and use to pay $9.99 now the same subscription is more expensive also, I go online and research about the cost and is $9.99 but when I go into my app is a lot more. How can I get my Deezer premium back for the same $9.99 i used to get it for? Very frustrated

Hello. Almost everyday, sometimes even few times a day I receive an e mail with topic : Did you just sign in? I copied you to see what i receive almost daily. I already tried to reset password but still that e mails didn’t stop to be sent to me. It’s kinda annoying to receive same e mail every day. Can that somehow stop? When my phone connects to my car bluetooth, the music plays from the phone not the car (i have to manually switch it to my car using media output). YouTube said there should be a setting in the music app to prevent this, I cannot find it in Deezer. Please help.
i tried upgrading t pro on deezer but payment keeps declining. music also stops when my phone is locked.
Flow is great. But sometimes it needs tweaking. Sometime I just feel like a certain mood or genre. The auto playlists that are generated in the Flow tab are great supplements to the main Flow. This are easily accessible on the web or android devices, but are not available on Sonos. The main Flow is available, but not the other auto generated playlists. Please make these available on Sonos and other systems as I think this is a great feature that can’t be utilized outside of the web or native android app. Additionally, I have a family account and I think that the Family Mix is great! However, It seems that this is part of the Flow tab and thus not available on Sonos. Please make these additional playlists/mixes available outside of the web and native android app, namely on Sonos.

I find that many of the albums or tracks that I download are remastered versions. Is there a way to find the original albums that have not been remastered for lower resolution playback systems, or do the original albums not exist in Deezer’s catalogue?

Hi, everyone. I need some help. I already have the multi device subscription, so I have 3 slots to set my devices on my account. But I've been trying to do so and I simply can't. I followed already all the steps that I should do and they are pretty simple: just login into a new device and it will be added automatically as a new device on your account. On my mobile device it successfully happened, but nothing happens when I try to do the same on my desktop app. I'm asking for help because I don't know what else I can do. Thank you so much so far. Every time I start deezer (windows, v5.30.200), the shuffle function is disabled. Why is that?
I mean DEEZER can currently be UPLOADED in MP3... And that is not enough On other platforms they have, the option to upload music in other formats, as well as, YOUTUBE MUSIC, APPLE MUSIC, AMAZON MUSIC ... And we want DEEZER to be able to have that option too and not just MP3 Thank you.
