When I’m searching for music on the desktop app (or on android) and I’m not sure if I already got the song in one of my playlists I’d like to see a little text next to it saying something like ‘ already in your playlist “name_of_playlist” ’. Same goes for Songs in the queue (when I’m listening to a playlist automatically created by Deezer which includes all of my music). There could be an extra column in the queue called From Playlist at the top and then the names of the playlists next to the songs. This is something that has bothered me since I’ve started using Deezer. Thanks for reading! Edit: This is supposed to be only for playlists that the user created himself.
Logged on to listen to my music this morning via app and was asked to sign in again which never happens but I followed instructions to find all my music gone.....not happy!
My wife purchased the family plan and I'm under her subscription and Im still on free Deezer can't access anything on my account
Last payment taken on 17th April. Logged into account this morning and being asked to subscribe and no sign of my playlists and favourites. Why has this happened?
When I'm playing a downloaded playlist , through the Android Deezer app, and I mix in a few songs to the queue from outside of my downloaded library section and then set the device to aeroplane mode , the playback is interrupted each time it encounters a non downloaded song.
If I have a subscription in country A, can I use it in country B, if country B doesn't offer that type of subscription?ex: Premium subscription from US used in Japan that only offers HiFi subscriptions.I have homes in both countries, but don’t need HiFi, thus do not want to pay for HiFi if not necessary.Currently, the app doesn’t let me use my US Free subscription in Japan, saying it is “not available in your country”. Will this happen with a Premium subscription, as well?
Hey guys. I have been using Deezer Hifi ever since it came out as I appreciate good music quality. I also have ocd and one thing that bugs the hell out of me is the player layout at the spot where the album art is parts of the previous and next track album arts sticks out on the left and right. Is there any way I can disable this. Its driving me nuts as I love symetry. I know this might be a weird question but this is important to me. Cheers Jadedgem
Hi, today I noticed that when choosing a student subscription, the price changed to the price for the global ($5,99), although a week ago the was regional price. Is this a temporary problem, or is the deezer leaving the Russian market?
Edit: It’s worse than below - I have a screen clipping from a deezer webpage which states that “Deezer Premium is priced in your local currency”. This is not what they charge! ***This is crazy - a deezer user’s account page - pretty sparse - specifically names the country they are in. It also shows the subscription fee, with no currency specified. It is a fair assumption for users that the currency is that of the stated country in which they live.At no point in the sign-up process is the user alerted to the fact that the subscription fee may not be in their country’s currency. Many users have commented on this obvious problem. So, there are really only two scenarios, as I see it: 1. Deezer starts displaying the currency every time they show a dollar value. I would have thought this is a legal requirement. 2. Deezer continues as is, suggesting that they are happy for customers to be misled. I very much hope the first scenario is what happens. Hi there, You really need to add a list of new releases each week, ideally a separate list for new album and separately new singles. Your algorithm-based new releases suggestions are not good enough, and compound the problem if anything - if I am only allowed to see certain new releases then those are the ones I’m going to listen to, but then those are feeding into your algorithm to limit future new releases creating a very narrow idea of what new music a user wants to listen to. For example I looked in the new releases lists today and it showed me a grand total of 7 new albums, which is ridiculous. Every other streaming service provides a list of all weekly releases (or close to all), it is really a dealbreaker and is holding you back compared to the competition.

Hi :) I'm trying to switch over from Spotify, because Spotify's discover feature is not working well for me. I'd like to be introduced to new music, but in a general way not by tapping into a certain artist and the playlist being based off them. Is that possible in deezer?

Woke up this morning, went to play some music from my android device and it asked me to log in. Tried for ages, putting in the correct details. Checked they were correct and tried a few more times but wouldn't work. Then all of a sudden on the last attempt it logged in. Went to downloaded music and its all gone. Have cleared cache, restarted phone and nothing. Have uninstalled app, restarted phone, downloaded again, logged in and nothing. Set storage to SD and still nothing. Years of saved music all gone. Nothing wrong with SD, can access everything else thats saved on it. Any ideas please?
HI-FI quality audio has been added to Deezer Family on April 19. Unfortunately, I cannot change the sound quality on HI-Fi in the program settings. In an Android smartphone max is HQ, and in a computer browser - 320 kb / s. How can I fix it?

Hi, Anyone know why when I try to delete episodes of downloaded podcasts, its not working now? They used to go red, then disappear but now they stay and my downloaded podcast episode list is really messy with old pods that won't delete.

So I wanted to like Deezer, but I can’t get myself to like the experience, here’s why. Hopefully this can be used to address these issues and improve the app. I state these not factually, but rather from my own perspective: First and foremost, the process of getting to my music is not good at all. It first opens up to songs I hate and are in no way related to any of my tastes. I accidentally added one to a playlist of mine also, and I was beginning to loathe the artist because this annoying song would always start to play (seemingly randomly until I realized somehow it was in my playlist). The app (either desktop or mobile) doesn’t seem to remember a few settings I end up having to turn on most times I open it (shuffle, for instance). Curating playlists requires one too many clicks (no drag & drop?). Likewise, getting to the music I want also requires more clicks than it should. Have to open playlists, then find the one I want to listen to, whereas there could be a collapsable list on
