Having requested for help about someone using my account and not managed to get any help.. I want to close my account. For the first time I have logged on via my laptop to try and see what's happening only to find someone called Alexy has an account on my membership.  Having someone else add songs in my list create a member using a different email on my account and then change things in there, really is not giving me the confidence to know my data is protected.  And then to have people like this PM me is rude.  I'm asking for help. 

 

I am sorry to hear that @Clare Duggan in both cases, either to fix the problem with someone else using your account or getting help to cancel your subscription you need to contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will sort it.
