I recently had the app update. It was constantly trying to download my songs so i can listen offline. My songs were ALREADY downloaded but it showed half of them hadnt been downloaded.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

It had been taking hours to download my 893 tracks. And now i can not view any songs. It constantly has the reloading icon on the song list.

I am annoyed this is a paid for app that i love and now it is causing me undue stress.

Please FIX!!!!

it shouldn’t take hours to download 893 tracks (yes it’s a lot but not hours).  What device are you using?

 

When you click on the “download section” are the songs listed?

 

If it continues not to work try this (though be aware you’ll lose your downloads again)

 

Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
log out of Deezer
uninstall Deezer
clean your phone's cache
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
reinstall Deezer
Log in to Deezer
open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)

Why has one of my favourite songs disappeared from my favourite playlist so frustrating they are called favourites for a reason yeah

You’re not really giving us much to help you with by at least giving us the name of the track and artist. Distributors and artists sometimes withdraw rights to be played by the streaming services, this can be across all countries or just certain territories.
