It is my understanding that hifi quality audio is now included with the deezer premium plan. I would like to know if my deezer hifi subscription will still remain at $14.99USD? Or can I change my subscription to deezer premium and still have access to hifi audio?

You would have to cancel your existing HiFi subscription, wait till it runs out, then subscribe to Premium which includes HiFi streaming now in the U.S. for less money.
