Starts with subscribtion page

Everytime I start Deezer on my phone or tablet it starts with the subscription page.Is this normal? Deezer 7.0.3.43. Android 10 and 11. And I do have an Premium subscription.

can’t find an airplay speaker

Hijust installed an airplay speaker. Works fine in Spotify and can be found and played to. But it does not appear in Deezer. Any thoughts? The speaker is a Philips TAW8506 Thanks

Information about iOS requirements for Deezer app

I read it was possible to get Deezer from iOS 8 and up (https://www.deezer.com/us/devices/mobile), so I decided to buy an iPod 5 which supports iOS 9.3.5, but when I go to get the app from the appstore it says I need iOS10, which is a bummer. Did this change recently and the webpage is outdated? Or is there another way to install Deezer on iOS 9? Thanks in advance

Hello.my internet is rather bad as i live far from civilisation, which is why deezer says it has no connection even when there is a tiny bit. Although im not sure if this is related to the crashing but it does crash when i try to download music.Im on windows 64bit btwCheers

Deezer app not playing on my Hisense TV 65U8G (no sound)

Hi,I have a Deezer Hifi subscription and I have the latest, top of the range Hisense TV available to my country (South Africa), it is the model Hisense 65U8G (2021).I am able to log into the app successfully and it shows all of the artists/playlists/tracks and everything looks fine but when I try to play songs then there is no sound even when the icon indicates that music is playing. When I open the “currently playing track” and I click play then the progress bar doesn’t load or move at all. Sometimes it doesn’t even show the track duration (It shows 00:00) and nothing ever plays.I have tried the following:Logout and log back in to Deezer app Unplugged Router and TV for 5 minutes Reset TV to factory settings Checked that the TV is running the latest firmware and updates Checked the TV speakers and they do work on other content Tried using Bluetooth speakers Tested that Deezer did play music on my PC and wasn’t blocked by the RouterI don’t know what else to do, must I report the problem

Samsung Multiroom App Feedback: login and other issues

Hi, I can't login to deezer via Samsung multiroom. It keeps advising the ID or password is wrong. I've re-entered multiple times, even changed the password a couple of times, logged in and out of deezer directly using the same credentials (to prove it is correct). Have reset the multiroom twice, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Powered off and on my mobile twice. Still advises wrong ID or password? Is there a known problem currently occurring? Cheers

Can't listen to some songs after a few times I downloaded them

Hi, Many songs just stop working after a few times I downloaded them... ( Gotye: giving me a chance, David Guetta sexy bitch, Lana del Rey white mustang, Enrique Iglesias I like it... and it keeps going on and on) It's like they are in fast motion so they are completely ruined. I have noticed similar posts. With Spotify you can cast directly to heos speakers. The Deezer app doesn't allow this, the only option is to cast from the heos app and that is poor at best. Why can't you develop this? Has Spotify secured some sort of rights with heos or do they just have more advanced technolog

Trouble Downloading Music and Removing Downloaded Podcasts

I have a Huawei P20 Pro, my android system is up to date, and Deezer is up to date. I've consisitently had issues, like many others, with downloading music in Deezer. I have a separate playlist for undownloaded songs that I try to refresh and kickstart a download but it never works (pulling down to update, switching on/off the download tab etc). It's odd because some of the new liked songs added after these ones will be downloaded just fine, but for some reason there's a random selection of specific songs that refuse to download.On the other hand, I've had trouble deleting downloads from my podcasts! I have over 20 episodes that I have to delete now, but however which way I try to delete the download, it won't actually work. Its been like this for a over a week.I got Deezer to get away from Spotify, and there's lots I prefer about Deezer. However the bugginess, crashing, and the persistent issues with downloads make it really frustrating and hard to reccomend to people. I work 9+ hou

"most played" button missing in pc

It is still there on the phone version (in playlists, artists, albums etc) but in pc there’s only 3 options now every where and no most played. I’m 100% sure it was there before and I really miss that option, is it a bug or was it just removed?

Deezer won't link google home "not available in your country" Netherlands

Hi, I just got a subscription for Deezer HiFi. I expected full support in the Netherlands. If I ask Google home to play music thru Deezer it says “Deezer is not available in your country”. If i google this I get a lot op topics telling me Deezer is available in the Netherlands. So why can’t I link Deezer in the Google home app and why can’t I stream music thru the assistent?” Thank you

Can I at least see (not play) my downloads now I'm on a free plan?

I’m a long time Deezer family plan subscriber but have just reverted to a free account while I compare Deezer with other services (at least until the 25% discount on the single premium plan is extended to families… go figure).Anyway, I understand that I can’t play/access my downloads now I’m on a free account, only I would at least like to see what I’d downloaded so I can stream them. Frustratingly, when I click on downloads the screen quickly reverts to ‘unable to load page’ after briefly showing the downloads with message to say I can’t access them on a free account.Anyone help?Thanks.

Cast button lost with the newest version

Hello, So I bought a smart TV over a month ago and I was able to cast everything from my phone including Deezer. I tried it today, i'm having a party so I need it, but I can't find the cast button??? I tried all the solutions previously said in the community, restarting my router, TV, app uninstalling and installing again etc and nothing worked. Could you pls finaly fix the cast option cause I see a lot of people struggling with it??? I was successful at casting yt and FB and Netflix etc but not Deezer and bc I restarted tv and router the issue had to be with the Deezer app. I'm using the latest version of the app and I've been a premium member for many years now.
