deezer wont play at all

So I can't play any tracks, downloaded, favourites... anything. I click on a song and it won't start playing if I hit the play button nothing happens. Here's what I've tried so far...

1. Resarted phone

2. Force stopped the app musliple times

3. Reinstalled the app

4. Attempted different networks wifi-4g

5. Cleared the cache multiple times

Why is this happening? I'm using Samsung android.
