  • Check that you are connected to the correct account corresponding to your paid subscription.
  • Try to log out and log in again.
  • If the subscription is still not activated, please contact the customer support team with proof of payment.

Hello , i cant subscribe to premuim . Sth happend with payment metod and i cant activate it any more.

 

I received 10emails one day that payment has changed. And I didn’t changed anything .

I cannot restore my family subscription of £14.99 after payment failure. How can I do this?

I have written to customer service an no one responded. This is 2nd month in a raw my card is charged thrice the monthly subscription fee. Can anyone explain and how will this be corrected?

Hi. My Deezer won't subscribe to any of the plans ...what should I do? I've tried retyping the card....using the backed up version on Google payments and still it won't subscribe.Help!

I’m failing to subscribe to Deezer premium.

I was using the free service for 30 days but now that’s up I’m trying to get the $4.99 service & it’s not working. 
 

Every time I hit the subscribe button it just refreshes the subscription options page

 I’m using the iPhone 12 Pro Max

Why do I keep getting this error message "Your transaction has failed, please retry with another payment method" each time I try to renew my subscription. I have deleted browsing history, cleared caches and used different browsers yet problem still persists. Please help.

I previously used a family subscription now I cannot restore my purchase.  What reason ?

 

Good day. please help change the Deezer payment. I can't change my payment information so I can continue to use Deezer. due to the cancellation of a payment card from which PayPal was previously paid, I need to switch to payment from another account and the MasterCards. I have repeatedly failed to complete this transaction. please help I want to continue using the service. I firmly hope that I do not lose any data and settings in my Deezer account. thank you for the help of J.V.

I was charged 9.99 on the first of June. I upgraded to a family account On the 4th and was charged 14.99 so I've paid 24.98 please refund as necessary.
