Before contacting the customer support team, please check first that:

  • Your registered payment method is valid for at least 3 more months.
  • The payment method comes from the same country from which you want to subscribe.
  • The payment was refused by your bank, as this can happen for various reasons even if you have the funds in your account.

 

Have you paid but your subscription is not activated? :iphone::computer::desktop:

  • Check that you are connected to the correct account corresponding to your paid subscription.
  • Try to log out and log in again.
  • If the subscription is still not activated, please contact the customer support team with proof of payment.

Why has my payment date changed this month? My pmt is scheduled for the 30th/mont-look at history of receipts; and this month it’s changed to the 28th causing my account to be suspended!


Hi @JCL I have checked on our system and I can see that your account was a subscription through Apple Itunes.
They refused the payment on their side and you should contact Apple directly since we do not have control over Apple payments.
After that refused payment your account turn into free.

You can contact them through the following link to check why they refused your payment: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

 You can always resubscribe directly with Deezer (at a lower price than your previos subscription with Apple) from a PC/Mac logging into your account via www.deezer.com/offers

I accidentally cancelled my subscription plan and everything since I've been trying to resubscribe but I have been unable to. Please help.


I need to know who to contact as I have noticed that two monthly subscriptions are being taken from my bank account. One on the 3rd & another on the 5th.

I have been trying to process my payment since I had to change my bank card in March.  Everytime I enter the new card I get an error message and I’ve cleared my history and cache.  Deezer has now suspended our family plan and we can’t use it.  I’ve tried to resubscribe but it still won’t process the card.

How do I get deezer working again?

 


Hey @Slwatt your account has turned into free now and you should be able to resubscribe with a new card now.
Please login to your account from a computer via www.deezer.com/offers and subcribe to any of our offers.

I've been trying to set up a 3 month trial for Deezer HiFi.  My bank declined the charge initially for security reasons.  However, that issue has been fixed.  But deezer still will not accept the card I use.  Can you please fix this? Thank you.
