Hi my bank was hacked again and the bank put a hold on all payments how do I pay my subscription now 

I accidentally cancelled my premium account the day that Google Play Store charged me for the entire month, with a fully month (March) paid my deezer went back to a free version. However on my Deezer App the latest receipt is from February. Any help?

Hey @Chefmart you need to contact your bank and ask them what you can do as they are the ones who put on hold your payments.

I already contacted the support team multiple times, the only answer that i got was:

"Hi Guillermo Thank you for contacting us. I suggest you not do it through Google Payments since it seems that they have an error with the payment of our services. I suggest you enter www.deezer.com/offers and subscribe with one of the payment methods, you will have more options from a PC."

 

I Already paid via Google Payments for the entire month.

I have resubscribed to family (direct with Deezer after cancelling iTunes higher priced fee) and now my family members are greyed out?

Hi @stevenwbaillie I have checked in the system and you Deezer Family subscription is active.
Are your family members still have problems to access the account or everything’s working fine now?

I had my subscription taken from my account after the free trail but I cant listen to it off line 

I paid my last invoice on March 16, but my account ended today without my knowing why...and I resubscribed, now it says I have to pay again for service..why?

Hi @AdenAdams your premium subscription is active. You might be connected to a different account. Please log out from the app (gearwheel>My account>Log out) and login again with the mail linked to the account and the corresponding password.
If the problem persists please let me know.

Hey @richy boy I can see that you have a subscription via Apple. As we don’t have control over Apple subscriptions you’ll have to contact them regarding your payment issue.

Can't renew my subscription. Tried changing the payment method but once I click subscribe it keeps showing me an error message with wrong card details even though the card details are correct

I keep trying to pay with my cards but nothing is going through and the cards are fine

 

Hello Deezer-Team, I need your help please. It is regarding my payment method. I would like to change the payment method. That means that the subscription should be billed via credit card and not via iTunes Credit. Could you please let me know how I can change this. Many thanks for your help. Hi @SandraVM in order to do that you need to cancel your Apple subscription following the instructions in this link: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039
After that you need to wait until the current period ends and the account turns into free. Then resubscribe from a computer (not the iPhone) via www.deezer.com/offers
