i don’t need, I didn’t ask for 2.
I have
Deezer Premium France
&
Deezer Premium+ tnb France
what is the difference and why is that ?
i need help and I need only one.
i would like to be reimbursed for the prélèvements of one of the two.

During the activation of the subscription I arrive at the point that asks me for the payment method I enter the phone number because the method I have chosen, however, no code arrives and continues to tell me to try later and so it goes on all day there it is another way of doing that is not a credit card because the credit card number I cannot put on the Internet I do not trust
Hi @Batang Jaypee I am sorry to hear that. I would recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team and present the case to one of our agents. I am not sure you can get a refund though as per our terms and conditions

Hi @jaiinbeety it seems that you have one subscription directly with us and one subscription via Orange.
Please get in touch with our Deezer Support Team (you can do it in French if you prefer) and on of our agents will be able to help (I can’t guarantee you will get a refund though).

My Deezer payment is R59.99 and every month on my bank statement it deducts Twice that amount and I am not happy with this!
I’m having the same problem. I also pay with a debit card and this month’s payment hasn’t posted, although last month’s did.

Hi @Jasa if you don’t enter the credit card number then the payment won’t be processed. Our payment page is a secure site and comply with all the regulations so I should not be a problem.

Contacting the suport team is too complicating? I tried the webform option which all it done was showed me canned generic help. Is webchat still available? Where and how do I get help then? Logging in to these forums is a joke, reCaptcha has to be the most evil thing there is. By the way me and HeavyPsych77 are one and the same person. When I came here trying to get help I could’t log in. So I created a new name and password which suddenly no longer works either but this one yet again does. Sorry about that admins/mods.

I discovered that I’m paying twice for our family account, once directly to Deezer (€14,99) ans once to iTunes (€17,99). I stopped our account within iTunes, but habe had double Costs from october 2020. What can I do to get my money back?

Hi @jenniferpercy Please contact our Deezer Support Team in order to see if one of our agents can do something about it. As we don’t have control over Apple subscriptions you might need to ask a refund directly with them but I can guarantee they will refund neither Deezer.

I upgraded my premium account to a family membership.
Deezer already debited for the premium for the month of March and then still debited full amount for the family subscription.
Can we not subtract amount to amount debited already?

hi @UserNza01 that’s right, when you upgrade to Family from Premium your are charged immediately for the Family subscription. I recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team as soon as possible and check with thgem if they can offer a refund or free time in your subscription.

Hello. I’ve noticed that I was paying 28AED last month and now it changed to 14€ which is almost double price. I had changed countries from UAE to Portugal in December. I don’t know why the prices changed now, 3 months later. Any idea? Thanks
Hi @Adriana Torres 28AED is the price for a subscription in Dubai but since you are in Portugal now the price for the subscription is that amount in Euros.
As you have a subscription via Apple you can contact them directly and ask more about the price change in your Deezer subscription.

For the past 6 months my subscription of R59.99 have been billed twice in one month I've logged a complaint there was no respond I was only asked to rate the service with an issue that never got resolved - 3 months ago I have upgraded to sharing family option of R89.00 I'm still billed twice the amount of R59.00 and R89.00 is billed from my account - my account is somehow duplicated - please assist ASAP
