Deezer suddenly won’t accept my credit card and I can’t access my premium subscription. Can anyone assist with this ?

Hi,
My card expired and I’d like to update the payment details. Unfortunately that’s not an option on two devices and three browsers I checked. Could you help me with updating my payment details?

Hi, I recently paid for my £12.99 Deezer subscription and the payment went through twice resulting in me paying £25.98 for 1 month. I’ve only just realised and would like a refund. Thanks

Hi @Albiehay I am sorry to hear that. 
I have checked on our system and I can see that your account is a subscription via Apple in which I can only see one charge.
If you have been charged 2 times as you indicate you should contact Apple directly since we do not have control over Apple payments.
You can contact them through the following link: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

I have had Deezer for years paying 5.99 firstly then it got cut off as I changed my card, I was then forced to start paying 9.99 the same thing has happened again I am now being told I have to pay 12.99 I believe this is unfair as I don’t need a be subscription I just need to re subscribe to my old subscription can you help?

Hi @Natasha Douglas Whenever a subscription is made through the App Store on the Deezer app in your iPhone, the price you pay is comprised of our subscription price, local taxes and Apple’s commission. As a result, the subscription price for users via the App Store is slightly higher than subscribing directly to Deezer.
If you want to subscribe through Deezer directly for 9.99 you need to do it via dzr.fm/offersPremium on the web browser of a PC/Mac.

I keep trying to use my card to pay for a subscription and it's not letting me do it. I know i have money on the account because i got paid today.

i have a free subscription going on now which is preventing me from subscribing to premium hifi and i cant confirm correctly my email address though i have used this emails.

I've been on family plan for over a year, now it's kicked me off and won't let me resubscribe? 


Hey Deezer 

From 16. December 2020 i start getting my Deezer account threw mit Phone company "3", they told me that they would handle the payment with deezer. 

But now in 2 months I have pay dobbel, I pay threw my phone company and you guys still take my money every month. 

I already talked to my phone company and they ask me to contact deezer. 

Would you please stop the dobbel payment, and refund the last 2 months.

12.2.2021 I paid  for Deezer premium and the same day for Deezer Hifi  I believe it has to prolong period of time with Deezer Hifi

Hi. Why is that i have a duplicate billing? On apple and deezer on my credit card. Since I subscribed last april? It is too much and just now i noticed it. Can you gave me a refund on that one? You have to inform your subscribers first. It’s so frustrating to know that one. I’m a fan of yours long time ago. But know i had a doubt and try to terminate my subscription by knowing this kind of bills you having on me.
