Thanks @Jaime. But I had already reset my password. Can you explain why this has happened? Have our accounts been hacked? Are you able to identify locations for where the accounts were being used?

I'm dealing with the same problem I have no other device active then my phone, Bluetoothed to my speaker. Unsure why its happening?

I am having exactly this problem. I have unlinked ALL devices from my account (not that there were any strange ones), and I have changed my passport. The problem persists. What can I do?


I am having the same issue. I have deleted all devices and apps that have access and have reset the password, and STILL someone is cutting off my music and playing their own. How do I get this to stop?

And how can I trust Deezer' security going forward? I am deeply disturbed by this...

I am having the same problem. I have deleted all devices that have access, except mine and  and still getting notifications that someone else is playing music on other device? Can you please do something.

Your account needs some quick maintenance.

Write them on Chat, they are helpful https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb

Also please change your password to NEW one. Never use SAME password anywhere else.


Thank you! I looked hard but couldn’t find a way to get in touch, so this is very helpful.

 

Note: I did change my password before even coming here, and it didn’t help at all.

Thanks, they have right tools to help.

Sometimes you get answer also here, but it depends who is working here and when.

Usually they get back soon, but Chat is always instant help.


Yes, they were able to help me right away in chat! Here’s hoping the uninvited visitor doesn’t come back.

Still raises very troubling security concerns re: Deezer, that this is happening so much… I hope they address this soon.

Deezer keeps interrupting, asking to join Premium - as if there was another device connected, but there is none
