Since this morning my dezzer stops every 2 minutes, it says that another device is using my account but thats imposible, is someone hacking my account?

I would suggest the following steps :

Go to Deezer.com and click on your profile image in the top right corner . Choose account settings and go to connected devices . Unlink the devices from there . Next reset your password using the link below :

https://www.deezer.com/password/reset

Try using your account as usual and see if the problem has been solved .

thank a lot, I did it as you said, but it didnt work,
I'm having the same issue. I've reset my password. I've removed all other devices. But the message still appears. It started happening yesterday.

I dont fell like having a master on is this issue; since nobody from deezer is trying to help me, I moved to another platforn.
It seems the issue resolved itself. 🙄

I'm having the same problem since yesterday.
Already did password reset, disconnected my cellphone, cleaned cache and cookies on my browser and still have the same problem.
Is there anything else I can do? 😥

Happening to me as well. And my recent activities are showing some items that I didn’t play. Looks like someone is using my credentials.

Thank you for your patience and sorry that's happened. I've had a look in your accounts and carried out some maintenance. I've sent a password reset email as well, so please change your password via the email and login without FB or Google.
Our devs are currently investigating the issue. So please let me know if the issue persists.

Sure. I've had a look at your account as well. Please follow the password reset email I sent and change your password. Then try to login as normal, without the use of social media, for example.
