Can in the future any extra members be verified by me as admin on my account? When I looked earlier there were two random people in my account micah and something else,

Hi @katmag I’ve done the corresponding adjustments in your account and also sent you a password reset link to your email. Please click on the link and proceed to change  your password. Then login again.
That should fix the problem

Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??

Mine too... Its super annoying, and time consuming having to try delete all these extra tracks

I have seen that there is a way to fix this, unlink your Google account and restart your password but this fix didn't work for me every few seconds I get this notification and the app is basically unusable 

I’ve been noticing lots of new music appearing in my favourites which I’ve never heard of and that I didn’t put there. My music has also stopped when I’ve been playing it as it said that someone else is listening.

 

I know that I can change my password but how can I sign out from all devices before doing so?

I can’t play my music , 

The app is stop working frequently and cannot be used.
A message indicate that there is another app in use with the same credentials.

Instead of resetting sessions for all users, all over the internet… deliver our best wishes to your Dev team… and rush them to create 2FA that was requested over 2 years ago…

This what you do today… is just a waste of everyone’ time.

I’ve been using Deezer for years with very little problems, today I’ve had a reoccuring notification pop up “Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page”

My account is only linked to my PC and phone.

I’ve changed my password but it’s still happening.

 

Is there a way I can track or check which device / or IP address is using my account?

Recently I get a notification that I'm using my account on another device while I'm listening to my list, and the list stops and changes to a random stupid list on deezer,

This is becoming very annoying

How can I fix this problem,

P. S  I'm only using my account on my phone app, no other device

I keep seeing songa added into my favourite list that were not added by me. I delere them and then new songs come up. Today I have 12 songs that I have never heard off. I have changed my password, but this keeps coming back

Why is there music i've never listened to, by artists I've never heard of in my favourites list. What is the point of a favourite list that is full of music I don't want? I understand that this may occur with a free service, but not one that I pay for.

Completly random albums that I don't listen to started appearing on recently listened and are being added to my favourites. They are from unknown artists and bands. And they completly overshadow the albums I do listen to. Sometimes I open the app and a music from one of those albums is sitting there like I was listening to it before. No one uses this account besides me. Whats is going on here?
