Deezer stopped uploading MP3s for me about a month ago. I’ve reinstalled the app and made sure it’s the most updated version. I’m running Windows 12 and the desktop app. Any idea on what’s causing this?

i keep getting this message all the time even though i know im the only one using the account , ive had this problem for months on and off . its become unusable.

I have had a payment taken out but i can not afford to pay the ammount and i also dont use deezer enough to warrant the payment. Would a refund be possible

Hi, everyone. I need some help. I already have the multi device subscription, so I have 3 slots to set my devices on my account. But I've been trying to do so and I simply can't. I followed already all the steps that I should do and they are pretty simple: just login into a new device and it will be added automatically as a new device on your account. On my mobile device it successfully happened, but nothing happens when I try to do the same on my desktop app. I'm asking for help because I don't know what else I can do. Thank you so much so far. I have paid to upgrade my Deezer subscription for the family plan so I could add my partners profile to so she doesn’t have to use the free version, but I tried to add her but it is saying I only have the premium subscription and not the family account. how do I get this sorted out? Any info please.

Deezer site in Chrome (mac and Windows), Deezer App on Mac, Deezer app on Android: Many songs constantly freeze repeadedly, all couple of seconds. Deezer on my Yamaha receiver works fine. What could be the reason? I have HiFi (Flac) subscription, and Deezer has become practically useless.

How do I add Mixes to my favorites list? I've been trying to figure this out for about a year now.. the other day, completely by fluke, I was able to add a Mix to my favorites list.. now I can't figure out how I opened the Mix in order to click the heart to add to favourites.. usually when I touch a Mix it won't open up, it just starts playing, it won't let you see the songs in the list, only the song that's currently playing I don't have a computer, so everything I do on this app is done on my android, so please don't suggest I use a desktop.

I was trying to listen to music but it said I can't be on two devices or something like that and I wasn't....then all of the sudden as I was listening to music it changed to Russian rap..I immediately changed the song but it did that again. Realized I was hacked and changed my password ..but I checked recently listened to and it looks like he had my account for hours ,how is this possible?

i was in a family deezer account which had been «stopped » by the man who was paying for it. So deezer automatically created me a deezer free account (i kept all my playlists etc so this is good). The point is, i’d like to join the deezer family account of one of my friend but i’d like to keep my account and to add it of the deezer family account, it is possible ? help me please haha because it’s really important for me to not lose all my data (for my deezer recap of the year for exemple!) thanks all (and sorry for my english haha)

Hi all. I have a Fire tv Cube running FireOs version 7.2.8.5. I have been using Deezer for ages and have it on my mobile and tablet as well as the Cube. Started Deezer this morning on the cube and I get the message. "A secure connection is recommended to use this app. We were unable to establish a secure connection and recommended that you try again later". I've done all the normal things, forced stop cleared cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled. Ive tried with and without a vpn. Everything works fine on mobile and tablet. Any ideas?

For months it has been impossible to login in the android app. My system is Galaxy S7 / Android 8.0.0 Today I tried: reinstalling, force stopping, clearing cache and data; still no success

I have been trying RELENTLESSLY for over a month now to DELETE this account being that the only constant this app practices is taking money from my account every month despite my countless and tireless attempts at canceling. I am unable to navigate the website or the app because it sends me in circles. The few times I've been successful at reaching the manage subscription page....I am unable to cancel ANYTHING. On top of all that I haven't been able to locate an email for deezer let alone the actual direct chat it references on the help page. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW!

Heeey Guys, Everything gud ?? So, about a couple weeks ago, My deezer app started get some problems to load the tracks, I select and press play and the music enters in a infinite load, even when I play my download playlist. And yes, I tried to switch the storage, the cache option, install and Uninstall the app and nothing works. Searching solutions I came across a lot of people complaining about this exactly problem like 4 years ago. So, if you know how can I fix that let me know. And deezer, shame on you, your guys have the same problems for like, 4 years and nothing has done to fix that, last chance, if this don't work, I'll cancel my subscription and migrate to Spotify.
