I could be wrong but it usually works like this: select a playlist and click download...

Please follow the steps bellow to download the music to your watch: 

1. On your watch, select Offline mode
2. Select Downloads
3. Select the playlists you want to download 
4. Select Download

Note: To speed up your download, we recommend that you choose playlists that do not exceed 100 songs

Note: We recommend that you turn off your phone's Bluetooth when downloading or playing content to improve the performance of your watch
 

And to listen the music without your phone, please do the following: 

1. On your watch, select Offline mode
2. Select My library
3. Select any content that has a green tick  next to it

• where do I find this?  No such thing in Deezer

Nor on my Galaxy 4lte unless you mean "stop data" or "airplane mode".

• Select Downloads

Although nothing to download 
• I have to say that I can't download anything. Although premier member, but auto renewal turned off, because I couldn't make the  app and watch work together. Reinstalled. But can't download a thing.
