lost playlist

Hi, I just renewed my subscription and lost all playlists and members. Please help.

Also SONOS does not want to connect to Deezer anymore. Thinks I have not a paid subscription.

Hey @derkvdbos 

If you can't find your favorites anymore, you probably created a new account. Log out once and log in again with your data.
If this does not change anything, you should get help from support:
