Deezer in the uk seem to be missing most of Bob Seger’s albums, are they available in other countries?

Same with a German account and German IP.

    Sorry about it @lady_raven , our music acquisition is negotiated between artists & right-holders. It’s nothing we have direct input in so I cannot guarantee that we will get more Bob Seger’s albums.

    Don't forget that if you have an active subscription you can upload songs to your own mp3 section on Deezer and then you can add it to playlists.
