Hi everyone!
I've been paying for a family plan for three years till few days ago when Deezer decided in my name to exchange for a premium account. I payed again for my family plan but it hasn't appear on my account. I'm paying through my apple account so I'd like to know how to fix this issue.

I've been in touch with deezer support for last 4 days and the solution I've been given from them has been using another email account and transferring all my data (playlists, artists,...) to this new one. I had to send invitations to members of family and all is working fine more or less.

I have to say that it hasn't been fine from Deezer the fact of waiting for 4 days to fix this issue. I think that paying through iTunes is not a good idea for apple users. They should also allow payments via credit card and maybe we could save this sort of inconvenience
