Confused about the pitching proposal forms at Deezer

Hello!
I'm sorry, but I'm a little confused about pitching a song ... I searched here and found a different way to present a song:
- DEEZER FOR INDIE LABELS - PRESENTATION OF NEW PRODUCTS AT DEEZER EDITORS
- Deezer Management Submission Form
- Deezer Label Pitching Form

I am an artist, independent. which of these forms should I use?
I think I have to use the first, but I also found some comments saying to use others.
which is the most correct to use? or do I have to fill them all?

Thanks and sorry if this is a dumb question...

Hi there @Neniun

There's no such thing as a dumb question, thank you for asking us.

Just so that I can give you the best and most accurate answer, I've passed your query to our editorial team. I'll get back to you once I get more info.

In the meantime, check this out:

Hi @Rudi
Thanks for the reply!
I will then wait for the additional information received from the editorial team.

Another question about:
maybe it could be useful to insert a pitching module on the Artist Backstage page? in this case each artist could directly propose the piece avoiding any transcription errors or any other, because you already have the correct data ...

Very good suggestions indeed @Neniun we're working on improving the whole platform for creators so thank you for the contribution :relaxed:

I'll be back here with more info during the course of next week - in the meantime, have a nice weekend!

Hi there @SarahCoponat @Neniun

Thank you for reaching out and for your patience. Our Editorial team is working hard to make some big improvements on the pitching side of Deezer, so for the moment they've recommended you to contact your distributor for that effect :thumbsup_tone2:

Have a great week!

I found a related thread with newer staff replies in the Open Mic section of the forum which seems to confirm that the Google Docs form is still the best way to pitch your release to Deezer Editors:

The old link posted by Rudi forwards to another newer page now, by the way:

The question how to pitch your release to the Editorial team is neither answered there nor in the linked support article for any other questions:

Hi all.

I’m trying to ‘pitch’ my upcoming single. I can’t find the option to do this anywhere (as shown in the screenshot). I’ve also read the guidance but my profile does not give me access to the ‘pitching option’. Would be great to get this sorted before my single comes out in May.

Many thanks to anyone who can enlighten me :)
