Features & Feedback

I’m about to reach the limit of 2000 albums, It will be great if you can increase the limit. As I would not like to exclude or remove my favourite music.

Hello, I have used Deezer premium since 2018 yet I cannot access 360 by Deezer and I also don't have Hifi option in the Deezer app.

I will be getting a new Toyota Camry shortly. Does Deezer work with Android Auto on this car  (I have a Samsung S20 phone?

Then, with hi-res still yet to appear on the platform in 2020, Deezer partnered with Sony and started offering 360 Reality Audio streaming to subscribers to its HiFi tier. Now here we are in 2022 and 16-bit/44.1kHz FLAC files (ie. CD quality) is still the pinnacle of Deezer's HiFi offering.Check: Business insurance

It's already October 3rd, and since my summer top dropped on the 6th of August, will my September top also drop on the 6th?

Hello Everybody, Deezer itself recommends using the chat-support. So I tried it on Saturday 9:45 UTC.But this ultra-dumb chatbot was just answering Our supporters are currently offline The Chat-Bot did NOT write about the onlinetimes. Can somebody write the name of the days and the times when the Support-Chat is really online?I mean this wayMonday to Friday HH:MM to HH:MMSaturday HH:MM to HH:MMSunday HH:MM to HH:MM thank you very much in advancebest regards Stefan

Hihow do I listen to Deezer podcasts on my Fitbit Sense? I have added podcasts to my favourites on my Deezer app, and tried downloading episodes, but nothing is registering on my Fitbit. Both the Fitbit and the Deezer websites say that it is possible to listen to podcasts via Deezer on a Fitbit Sense, so please can you explain how to do this?I subscribed to Deezer Premium and bought a new Fitbit especially for this purpose, so please help.thanks.Suzanne

Good evening, I friend recently joined Spotify and was showing me a number of features that i would love to see on Deezer.Crossfading between tracks Gapless playback: Which allows for gapless playback of songs, specifically created for live concerts or dj mixes Automix: Allows for a smooth transition between tracks in a playlist Canvas: this plays short looping images of the album art or artist on a mobile device. All these i really enjoyed and would love the functionality of them in Deezer. One great feature that still out trumps is the availability of live radio stations.

I stream using a Wiim mini and the interface tells me the bitrate. Almost everything comes in around 900kbps. I haven't seen anything at 1411kbps. Are these files actually compressed?

When I want to add a song to the I click the three dots. It can happen that I miss the dots and overwrite the whole queue with that song, which is pretty annoying. There should be a warning before this happens.

All my mixes are foreign language, east european in nature and I only listen to english language songs what on earth is going on?

I get this in my deezer app. When i click play, it will only play that single track and no mix. How do I start the mix?

Hi Deezer community.I am not a Deezer subscriber but my old dad is (he bought a Googe Home and use Deezer quite a lot), I was impressed… I want to suprise him and have a “song of a day” everyday for him.The idea is simple, I do a cronjob on my server to replace the MP3 file at midnight, every day…  I was convinced it would have been possible with Google Home but I had been told that Google Home doesn’t  read online MP3.So what is the solution for me? Can Deezer ping an URL? Or is there an Deezer API?I have seen that it is possible to add MP3 playlist on Deezer but I don’t want a manual process… Hope you get me. Thanks

I tried Deezer's free trial for a month and loved the sound quality, especially in my vehicle. My biggest issue, and the only thing holding me back from getting it for the family, is that when I use the voice assistant to play a specific song, Deezer will most often play a low quality live version. No matter how I rephrase my request, it just continues to play the live version. I'm begrudgingly going back to Spotify until this is no longer an issue.

Deezer iPad app is an larger iphone app. iPad as a bigger screen, go take it ! With more information, split the screen with menus specially horizontally, and naturally the split screen feature for multi tasking.

I'd like to be able to sort my playlist by genre. I'd also like it if I was able to get rid of your pre-program playlist on my Android app. I'm never going to use your playlists (favorite tracks, just heard, or top tracks).

Please don’t sell to Vanguard Group or Blackrock (or anyone associated) like everyone else. If you follow in the footsteps like every other company then I’ll look for another service. KR,

Hi, deezer its been amaizing, I just have a little issue with the desktop app for Microsoft Windows, resulting in me not being able to select where I want/need to store the deezer cache, this becomes a problem with many users that have a new laptop with 128GB SSD main drive and another 1TB secondary HDD, it is my case, almos all new laptops comes in this configuration to be cheaper and faster, please allow us users to select where to install the Deezer Desktop app and where we need and want to store the data of it.Just to finish, it would be incredible if you enable gapeless playback, it will be amaizing, I know what it implies but I´ll be thankful if you achive it.Thanks!

When searching for a particular song by its full title, I see no matches at the top, so I drill down into the tracks results and the track literally doesn't show up in search results at all. Is this a design issue or a database error or ....?

This is the 2nd Idea I've posted about this issue. I had a great experience with my Pixel 6 Pro and Deezer Premium subscription because I was able to implement the device EQ through the Audio settings section in the Deezer Android app. Does anyone know what I'm talking about??? After an update almost 2 weeks ago it was gone... Just like that. The bottom part of the Audio settings page is blank. It was a great feature that I used every day. I'm not an audiophile but I love my music to sound great. Especially when I'm paying for it. This EQ option was not available for all devices so there's probably a small number of Premium subscribers who know what I'm talking about. Deezer, please add this option back!!!

My Deezer but there needs to be a cross fade features when playing music

Hello, I would like to say, as a new user of Deezer, that I love the application and the quality of the music, but there is something very important to be improved: the playlists. Without comparing with the competition, I would like to be able to order my playlists in a personalized way, in the order I want, the search engine is very useful, but better management of them is missing, both on mobile and on PC. What I mean is that I would like to be able to have the ones I use the most at the beginning and in the order I want, to be able to move them with the PC mouse and even be able to make groups and have the playlist on the left in a column for select them. Thank you very much for your attention.Greetings,Raúl.

Several other people commented on this. And nothing has been done. Please indicate the currency or just add USD after your price.Really confusing otherwise.

With Spotify you can access the Spotify app through the Yamaha MusicCast app. With Deezer this is unfortunately not possible. It’s a pity, but we can live with it. Anyway we should at least be able to access all the Deezer content from the MusicCast app.Could it be possible to add the podcasts section, as that one doesn’t exist in Deezer on MusicCast?

I just found out about the feature that allows you to upload your own MP3s so you can put songs unavailable on Deezer into your playlists, and I got super excited because it meant I could finally put some CD exclusice tracks into my library!! I was a little saddened that it was limited to MP3 files, but 320 kbps is better than nothing. However, I then realized that all my songs ripped from CDs are in FLAC, and I’m technologically inept so I have no idea how to rip them into MP3s. This means that although this feature sounds great, I am largely unable to use it. I’m really hoping that eventually HiFi users will eventually be able to upload their files in FLAC because until then this feature is a great idea that I’m unable to use.
