Features & Feedback

Hi, everyone,Flow and mixes have the ‘Do not recommend’ option for a song. That is great! But if we are on an album page, that option does not ban the song, so we continue to hear it and have to either be patient or hit the Next button.I think it would be great if Deezer gave us a way to ban a song accross the whole platform, no matter how we got to it or where it is being played on ⛔I don’t know exactly how this could be done — if it were based solely on the title, we would have a big risk of banning the wrong songs. For instance: Metallica, U2 and A. Morrisette all have completely different songs named ‘One’. So title alone should not be the basis for this. Maybe the digital signature! Although that would require me to ban a song and every version of it, I thik it is well with it just to ensure that, from that moment on, my account will never be plagued with it again on Deezer.I know I may come across as an intolerant geezer, but come on, we all have those songs we hate for whatever

Hi.I find that some tracks/albums not showing what quality the stream is in…Anyone else with the same “issue” ??

Cannot find any information about this anywhere.

https://laut.fm/dark-mythosI've read in the faq that certain radio stations are monitored for the current track is it possible to add this oneto the monitoring? I really enjoy listening to this station but every time I like a song I have to go to their website, look it up and manually search it on deezer.

At present Deezer connect is not part pf the Desktop app in MacOS, but if you want to control your iPhone app, say, you need a separate IOS device to do that. In the absence of such, you can’t slob out on the couch switching songs etc remotely. If we accept the fact that most opf us stream music, but not all have multiple devices to hand, wouldnt this be a good idea? You know it makes sense 😎

My "find a song" isn't working

Look at this ass, dont look to deep, its my car. ;)Since timer came with an update, I can't turn it off when listening to music on my BT phones. On my computer it seems to work fine, but on my BT phones music playback stops all the time and always a second into the next song, sometimes after one song, sometimes after two or five songs, always completely random. I turn off the timer with the "clock icon" that is there, but it doesn't help. Please arrange a global setting where we can turn off the timer function completely, I understand those who listen to podcasts, but me who only listens to music all day at work, or all day cruising in my 1969 Mercury Marcuis convertible or in my 1994 Ford Mustang or in my 1987 Ford Sierra stationwagon, I does not want to start playback every 2-30 minutes in BT mode. Please! My phones that I use are Samsung S20, OnePlus 10 Pro and One Plus 10T along with BT on my Peltor WS liteCom plus and varius BT Speaker and my cars, in my newest carEuropean 1987 Ford

Greetings, I would like to point out that when casting to a Google cast device and the mid song click to play next Deezer abruptly cuts the songs, makes some popping noise and then plays the next song. This happens on both Android and iOS devices. I then tried the same thing with Spotify, but that does not happen there, it switches seamlessly (granted it takes 0,5 after clicking next song but at least it doesn’t make popping noise and just stops the song abruptly). Then I also tried casting to the same device over Airplay with the iOS device and it also doesn’t make the popping noise. From this I can deduce that either Google cast has to make a better transition between songs, or Deezer has to change it. Cheers,

It really does. I’ve been on TIDAL for a few years now because of the HI Fi MQA format, which turned out to be not quite what it was supposed to be. Deezer’s hi fi engine does a great job! Also, I love how Deezer’s “Dailys” choose from the various genres I play. Not only that, but it seemed to pick up on my taste in music after only a day or two, and then provided BANG ON playlists. I also appreciate that Deezer is significantly cheaper than TIDAL.Anyway, just wanted to say I’m hooked. I just need to figure out how to send it from my phone to my BluOS streamer. It sees the streamer, but I can’t get the music to play there. All in a days play, I like to say. Thanks Deezer.

Hi!I recently released my first single with my band, but the page that deezer created is mixed with other artists.I think that this happened because they all got the same name as my band.Is there a way to solve this? Here is the link to the page: https://www.deezer.com/de/artist/9309298Thanks!!

Hi,I notice that singer Stella Zhang (张清芳) has been removed, and my selection of her songs are all gone.  Can you please reinstate her albums?  Thanks. Loi-------

Hello dear DEEZER developers, We are now writing the year 2019. You still haven't made it possible to switch between the profiles of a family account on external hardware. No, it's not a hardware manufacturer's fault, it's your crippled API the hardware accesses. In my opinion this is a basic function if you already offer multiaccounts. Where is the point of only being able to access the master account? Why do your competitors manage to make this possible? Why can't you finally develop your API further? Unfortunately, as a customer, I never had the feeling that the functionality of DEEZER had grown, or that someone in your company was taking care of the further development of basic functions. Just a pity that you don't use your full potential or don't want to use it for cost reasons. So let's be clear: When will it be possible to switch between the profiles of a family account on external hardware (e.g. Sonos, HEOS, SoundTouch, ...)? Thank you for a hopefully inform

I have Deezer premium, and every single time I open the Windows App, instead of showing the last song I played on the bottom bar, it shows a random (possibly sponsored) local track I NEVER WANT TO LISTEN TO. Every other streaming service treats their costumers better, not showing sponsored tracks every time you start up the app when you have the premium version. I just want to continue listening what I was the last time I closed the app (like every other service) but Deezer wants to push me sponsored tracks I don't want to listen to. The only reason I still use Deezer is because it comes free with my carrier plan. I'm honestly considering a change to another service, even if I need to pay for it.

Hi. New here and first post. I’ve just recently converted from TIDAL to Deezer and it rocks! I’ve had no beefs at all with Deezer until this morning. More of a question really. Two of my favorite tunes in the Prog Rock world are covers of Tarkus (ELP) and Sound Chaser (YES) by Jordan Rudess. The album these songs are from is “The Road Home.” That album exists in Deezer, but the two songs I mention above are greyed out and cannot be played. Can anyone explain why this would be? Many thanks, Cap

As the title says. This means that if an ad comes on (which is often) while driving, I can't continue listening to music unless I unlock my screen which is dangerous.  Ridiculous

I see that Afro, Reggae, Soul & Funk, R&B, and K-pop made it to the “Explore All” Categories but options like Soft Rock, Adult Contemporary, and Christian (or Religious..Faith...whatever you want to call it) are curiously absent.  Your bias and discrimination is in full display.  Keep up the great work Deezer!  Oh, and you missed Country too.

How it was before:I open the artist's page, who has 300 tracks. I go to the list of their tracks. I see all 300 tracks in one list. How it is now:I open the artist. I go to the list of their tracks. I see only the top 100 most popular tracks.

While playing the Flow tracks recently I noticed considerable variability in the sound quality, most especially in the treble spectrum.  While I appreciate that some recordings were made years ago and others more recently, can this fact alone account for such a clear difference? It became so clear that many of the tracks suggested sounded like they were recorded in a box of cotton wool, very muffled - and not worth the cost of bothering with an HD version in my view. Without changing anything, the next track sounded clear and crisp.Appreciate any thoughts, experience or comment on this.

I’ve been listening to as above so below by Sampa The Great a lot lately, yesterday I went to play it and it lets me select the album icon but when it opens the album page shows there’s no tracks what the hell is going on?

Like in youtube music, I really miss the option to choose which mixes I want based on artists I love individually

I find very hard to navigate thru the app with the new scrolling snapping into lists items instead of having free scrolling. When I'm about to tap something it moves or for short albums is very hard to scroll down. I wish there could be a way of disable it.

This is not going to be one of those salty angry posts about leaving and slamming the door behind - I do enjoyed the experience and hope Deezer will grow with time, just want to share some feedback I have after using Deezer as my main streaming platform for almost a year. The good:Simple and functional interface - you are not trying to reinvent the paradigm of music listening like other companies and keep stuff simple. All UI sections are clearly separated and no page is ever overcrowded with sections and unneeded info. Nor you seem to test some new UX features at the expense of users, kudos for that. And your latest design update is neat - just do make sure that the typography makes sense (some people noted that black letters in purple background are barely legible) and cut down on wasted space. Sound quality - let’s not get too nuts about lossless and hi-rez stuff, most of the hype it gets is snake oil and it will only make a difference with decent listening equipment. But man, Spoti

Is there a way on the mobile app to have recommended songs play at the end of a playlist I created?

Spotify is the normal and here in Sweden almost no one I know have even heard of deezer.Under music categories I'm missing punk/punkrock/hardcore etc..But the most important: French music? Why is that on the list? Nice with the bew look and all ( except the date heart)But your service is very good and it deserves to go more global. Advertise:)

It seems that is paid promotion or based on popularity but makes absolutely no sense, specially in a subscribed account. It feel annoying and bordeline offensive to push unwanted promoted artists automatically.
