If I go to the list of the best tracks of an artist, I want to listen this list, and not the first track from this list, and then a mix of random ones.

To play TOP tracks of one ARTIST you need follow next steps :
tap on Top tracks or View all
now will be play all tracks
The same nonsense happens even if I open someone's playlist, for example Nina Nebo have “80s Hits | https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/2777788544”

I have in my Signature one of my playlist and there is not possible put as a link .Everyone who is interested can open that playlist in way like you do .

You have activated Shuffle and Repeat all tracks in list
when Shuffle and Repeat icon is white then is turned OFF
