From my experience, I would connect this issue with:

  • GPU Driver - Try update to the latest version
  • Power Management: Problems related to how power management settings

If nothing works, can you give more details about your set-up?

Hi ​@José.Deezer, this issue came with 7.0.2 (it wasn’t 7.0.1 which was the first one of 7 series), but now, after new minor update it seems the issue is gone.

Hi all, what has happened with sync queue? Now sync queue works between web app and mobile one, but not with the desktop.

Options for turn on sync queue is missing as well. Do you have any news about it for us?

Hi there
I’m using the Deezer desktop app for Mac, Mac OS is 15.3

I’ve turned off enable open at login in the system settings but whenever I open the Deezer app myself it automatically sets it to open at log in again.
Just wanted to flag this bug for Mac

Hi ​@jirikovoego indeed I can reproduce the same issue for the sync queue list. All works great between iOS, Android and Web. Only Desktop app presents a different queue.

This is a known issue and the developers are working on a solution to fix it. It happened since we launched a new way to handle the sync of the queue between devices. That is why the option to sync is gone. Content will now be always sync between devices.

Hello folks, regarding some complaints on this thread about a crash when moving Deezer app between screens when users have Windows 11 installed.

Seems that this crash could be related to this option “AERO SHAKE” being disabled. If you have this issue, can you check that option and turn ON. Please let us know if the issue stills occurs. Thanks

I can confirm this.

It also happens on Windows 10.

App version: 7.0.10 on both OSs.

Gone is the “don't recomend” button from the bottom row of the player.

Hello ​@its_A_owl double check that and the option is only displayed when users listen to Flow.

When listening to a playlist, for example, you still have the option if you open the queue.

Hello ​@its_A_owl indeed in the desktop app option appears on the right side when you are listening the Flow

If you are using the web play, then the option will appear on the left side.

 

And also, you are correct about the track mix not displaying the option to dislike track. That changed since we moved track mixes to be considered music on demand like the playlists.

You can only dislike it from the queue view.

Hi José, glad to have found you in this thread! 😉 Is it possible that this new way of automatically syncing the play queue for all devices except for the desktop app also affects the internal scrobbling option to Last.fm? There is a massive lag since one week where Deezer does not submit the scrobbles in time, currently it is still about 200 tracks behind.

Another issue with the desktop app since its creation is that you cannot paste a search term copied in the web player or in any other browser tab into the search field of the desktop app with the right-click of your mouse, you have to paste it with Ctrl+V on a Windows PC.

In Deezer Win11 desktop app (ver 7.0.20)

When when in a playlist, trying to select a set of songs by searching for them and then checking their checkboxes, if search is precise enough to display only one song, checking that box will act as checking the box at the top of the list, effectively checking all songs in the playlist instead.

Updating to Windows 10 or 11 could help. Windows 7 could be too old by now

Hi ​@jirikovoego regarding the issue with the sync between desktop app and web player + mobile devices, the issue should be resolved with the latest version released 7.0.31 that you need to manually download from our website - https://www.deezer.com/explore/en-us/download/.
