Hi,


I have experienced an error in a couple of tracks. How and where do I report errors?


The error in question is that the song jumps back to an earlier verse at a certain point of the track. Then, when there's 0:00 mins secs left of the track left it doesn't stop, but carries on playing until the song is over.


It's been doing this for "Enemy Inside" by Dream Theater (studio album version) and "In the name of love" by U2 (the best of...-album)

Angelic Upstarts - Black Knights of the 80’s cannot be fully played, at least on android app, on browser, the track is a bit broken at one point, but still playing. Content is not loading is popping up in the app.

I've tested the track on my browser, it's all fine. Have you tried clearing cookies and cache to see if it helps? Or playing on another browser to test it out? Let me know :v_tone2:


Hi,in this album (CD single) of Culture Club “Your Kisses Are Charity” there are different songs, I managed to identify it as song by Cassius “Cassius 1999“

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm not sure I understand - the 3 tracks seem to be mix versions, no? Are they supposed to belong to another artist?


In this album there are wrong songs, you uploaded mixes of other artist song (Cassius “Cassius 1999“).

This happens because the artist's distributors sent the files like this. We can send them the feedback, but it's their choice to change it.


Majority of album broken, will not play.

Tracks 6 and 13 work.

Try to play in app, there is just one little skip on browser, but on App it’s unplayable due to the error.

Hi. Track 3 on CD 1 Housequake is not playing correctly. Can this be looked into please? I have Premium account on Android.


Track 1 on CD2 U Got The Look has same problem, just starts skipping.


Also Track 5 on CD2.

The albums are playing fine on my side. Because you told us that it's affecting you on Android, please try clearing the app's cache and restarting your phone after :thumbsup_tone2:


There’s an issue with track titled (617) by Trocadero. It basically restarts 48 seconds in and cuts off the ending of the track.
