Yes, i would give it a try if last attempt was months ago. Perhaps in the meantime other users reported a corrupted track file and it was replaced on server. 
Only „risk“ for you is loosing your downloaded data and having to redownload it.

A number of songs on the album are skipping and sound as if they’re in faqt forward? I’ve cleared the cache, restarted the app but they still sound awful.

The song sometimes just skips to random parts or just don’t play,  on my playlist its even 35 seconds for some reason. Around 1:44 is the first “break” then around 2:48 another one

Years of Silence by Thurisaz is so broken

the original track is 7:sth long. On first play deezer will show the correct length but after almost 15 seconds it will jump to the last minute and suddenly the track is shown 1:15 long

@WalkinOnCats yes, still alive.
I have listened to the song on Web (Chrome), Desktop app and Mobile app and could not reproduce the problem. After 41’ it keeps playing until the end.
​​​​​​Could you please reinstall the app and/or delete cache and try again.
If the problem persists please let me know and if possible sent me a video with it.

I found an album with a few bad tracks. All of the flawed tracks have a similar problem: the audio cuts out in the left channel for a few seconds at a time. It’s super bad and obvious.

Also, the audio quality is pretty muddy on this whole album. It sure doesn’t sound like 320 kbps. For all I know that is how it was produced but check it out? 

BTW I tried these tracks on a few devices, the problems show up everywhere.

I noticed a glitch on the following track:

 

The glitch happens at 00:26 only at 320kbps. It seems like a jump forward. It’s present on multiple browsers (Firefox+Chrome), even after deleting the cache.

As far as I know, the catalogue team of Deezer reports errors in broken tracks to the provider, i.e. either the label or distributor who have to deliver new fixed tracks or rather the whole release then. If they don't do that in time, everybody is waiting.



Reporting such errors as a user is possible in threads like this one, but also in the "..." track options of the desktop app and web player. You can choose "Audio problem" and also "Other" in the dropdown menu which lets you describe what kind of audio problem there is with the track.

Hi,in this album (CD single) of Culture Club “Your Kisses Are Charity” there are different songs, I managed to identify it as song by Cassius “Cassius 1999“

In this album there are wrong songs, you uploaded mixes of other artist song (Cassius “Cassius 1999“).

This case is strange, I checked other streaming services and they all have the same error.

 

 

 

This happens because the artist's distributors sent the files like this. We can send them the feedback, but it's their choice to change it.

Majority of album broken, will not play.

Tracks 6 and 13 work.

I've tested the track on my browser, it's all fine. Have you tried clearing cookies and cache to see if it helps? Or playing on another browser to test it out? Let me know :v_tone2:

Try to play in app, there is just one little skip on browser, but on App it’s unplayable due to the error.
