How to convert an existing Family profile into an independent account

Desktop

1. Within the Members page, select the profile that you want to convert into an independent account
2. Go to the profile for that account
3. Select Account settings
4. Within the My Information tab, select Set as independent account
5. Choose whether you would like to connect with Facebook or connect with Google
6. Enter your Facebook or Google password

   Note: If you're already logged in, it may not be necessary to enter your password. If the email address attached to the Facebook or Google account is already in use, an error message will be displayed, and you'll need to delete the existing Deezer account associated with this email or enter a different email

   Once linked, you'll automatically be logged out from the Admin account and logged into your independent account

Check your details

Please check your details are correct to avoid creating multiple accounts. This can happen when users have more than one Google account or use a different email address from their Facebook or Google account.
