Hi I need urgent help. I was part of a Family plan and decided to get myself a Premium Account and paid for the year subscription as a birthday pressent to myself.

Problem now, the main member of the family has my Premium account and I cannot accessz my music anymore.

I also logged in with my own email and I suddenly have two Premium accounts, the Family Members main account and my own. I cancelled the one subscription but need a refund. I also cannot make my account (on the family) a stand alone because the email has already been linked to an account.

I bought a years subscription, does that mean I will be without my music for a solid year?!?! HELP!!!!

So if I understand this correctly, the main Family member user is using the same account details as your new Deezer account?

If not and if this main member is using his/her own account, he/she has to remove you from the Family Member list.

Normally after that your account will change to Deezer Free and you can buy Deezer Premium.

It is better that you send in a request to Deezer, most of the people here in the Community are also Deezer users and can’t access your account:

Thanks for the response @awesomemac. I’ve sent a request for assistance and will await a response from the devs.

The original owner of the family account cancelled their subscription without telling me and his account went to a free version. However, I was still signed into the account when I bought my Premium Sub. I used my own credencials when I bought it, but obviously something went wrong and I now have two accounts I cannot use. 

Fingers crossed it will all get sorted.
