Hi, it looks like someone has connected an app (a chromecast) to my device and the waiting list only shows their songs. I’ve tried changing email and password and it’s still happening and disconnected the device several times. Besides, none of my devices appear in the device list, even though the apps are working correctly. Thanks in advance.
a quick suggestion if I may, I love the "mixes inspired by" In the music tab. But I cannot seem to be able to save the mix as a new playlist. Adding each track to a playlist manually would be arduous. Thanking you in advance

I’ve not been able to log in to Deezer on my TV (Panasonic GZ950 OLED) for about 3 months now. I keep getting “you don’t appear to be connected to the internet” error. There is nothing wrong with the TV’s internet connection, every other app (Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney+, AppleTV etc etc) all work absoutely fine, just the Deezer app doesn’t. I’ve done everything bar factory reset the TV, which i’m not prepared to do as clearly this is a Deezer app issue. (i.e. switched TV on/off at the mains, reset the internet connection, uninstalled and reinstalled Deezer), none of it worked. Please get this fixed. I’m not going to continue to pay a subscription for a service that won’t work on my prefered device.

We dont have free deezer in our country and i am unable to link my husbands existing account to my family subscription. It says error. Try again later and i have been trying for weeks. How do i link my husband’s account? initially i let him purchase one month’s premium subscription but wasnt able to link him then either. Deezer support said i need to wait until it expires and his account is free but we dont have free. this is sooo frustrating… its been months that i have been paying family subscription and not enjoying the benefits.
For starter, I love the ability to stream songs at CD quality, but I'm wondering when Deezer will add the ability to playback songs at Hires quality. As far as I know, Deezer partnered with MQA a while ago, so the feature should have been released after that?
It seams Alaxe skill has been improved. I'm able to play my own playlists finally. Good work, thank you for it!

Hi, I use a Sonos arc, woofer and 2 era 300s. When using the Xbox App on my Series X, there is no 5.1 or better support for sound. Is this an issue, or is surround sound not directly supported through the app on Xbox? I found this kinda disappointing tbh!

I wanted to resubscribe to the Deezer Premium but it keeps saying I'm not allowed.
I’ve got email from McAfee that my Deezer info was stolen and posted on Dark Web. I am trying to change the password and got the message that the code was send to my email - which I never received. I clicked on requesting the code again and this time it came in but when I entered it I got the message that it was incorrect. I clicked on request the code again and this time the message was that I posted to many code requests and try again in a few minutes. I have been trying all morning every few minutes and keep getting the same message again. The is the worst interface ever!
When connecting my laptop to my sound system over HDMI, I was surprised to have surround sound working. I am using the webpage on Firefox, receiver is connected over HMDI. While using the app on the Xbox, I sadly only have stereo output, although I have uncompressed 5.1 output configured in the Xbox settings. I also tried enabling audio pass-through and using Deezer over the Edge browser with no success. Does Deezer even support surround sound? Maybe this is some virtualization on my Laptop in pipewire (Linux). On the other hand, I didn’t have surround sound on all songs (for example, My woman by Lew Stone was stereo only).
One of the joys of listening to Deezer is to discover new things I haven't heard before. But the algorithm is set to play the same things. After Playing JJ Johnson's Proof Positive, 34 tracks followed. Four of them were "Laura" (from the same album) and five of them were "Turnpike" from the same album. So, almost 1/3 were the same two tracks. That has to be fixed. It is absurd. Correction!!! One more track has played and “Laura” has come on again.
While using Deezer on my Pc I ran into some problems along the way. These Problems are for example relatively long loadtimes, when opening a already fully downloaded playlist or big spikes in the internet and CPU usage for no apparent reason. Because of these spikes I can’t really use Deezer while playing Destiny 2 for example, because the game is already taking up most of the ressources my Pc has to offer and if Deezer then spikes at ~30% CPU usage or 12Mb/s internet usage, even when I’m just listening to downloaded songs, my game just completely lags out. I don’t know if this is normal for a streaming service or if the Desktop App just isn’t really optimized. It would also be nice to have an offline mode, so that there are at least no more spikes in internet usage while enabled, if the CPU spikes are normal.
I have a premium subscription but not allowing me to access
Deezer not playing full tracks of albums, then saying that I have to get Deezer Premium. Different music cuts in randomly.
At the beginning of March, the 'Your payment card is about to expire' pop-up started coming up because evidently, the card used to fund the subscription of my account expired at the end of the month. The card automatically jumped to another and all payments were payed but almost halfway into the next month, although the card has expired and been replaced along with all payments made, the pop-up continues to come up every time the app is restarted. It was a helpful reminder about a month ago but now it's just a nuisance.

Hi, I was listening to music, using my Deezer Premium subscription earlier today, barely an hour later, the app signed me out and unsubscribed me. Can you look into it please and get my subscription back? Thank you!
I just payed my account for the past due month and the current month and I still cannot use my Deezer app. Can someone please help me get into my account so I can enjoy the app properly
