I have been a Deezer premium customer for many years. I originally subscribed via subscriptions in settings on my Apple iPhone. Four of us are living in a household and I now want to switch to Deezer family. This seems incredibly difficult for me to do, as within my login at no point will it allow me to switch to Deezer family. At the moment I have cancelled my premium which runs out on the 3rd of March and assume I need to login as a new customer. What happens to all my songs can I switch them to Deezer family? How do I do this? The website is the most un user-friendly I’ve come across. Please help I have done all the obvious things and got nowhere.

If you had a Deezer premium subscription, then if you canceled that subscription, you were transferred to Deezer Free.
All of your favorite tracks, playlists and content will still be visible, but some features, like unlimited skips, downloading and offline listening, are only available to paid subscribers. All downloaded content will become grey and unplayable.
If you was subscribe to Deezer through your Apple account, you can only cancel directly with Apple. Here is link how to cancel your subscription.

Also if you're paying for Deezer as part of a mobile phone bundle, then contact your mobile provider to cancel your subscription.
When you become Deezer free ,then you can subscribe to Deezer Family
