Dobrý deň. 

 

Nejdu mi načítať ikony, flow, top február, podcasty atď. Aplikácia Deezer sluzi len na jednej ikone obľúbené hudby nič viac. Žiadam o jej opravu. Nie je to pripojením, sieťou, WiFi, mam výborne pokrytie.

  1. Restart the Deezer app (close the app entirely and then reopen it).
  2. Clear the app cache. To do this, navigate to Settings > Apps > Deezer > Storage > Clear Cache. This action will remove any temporary files that may be causing the error.
  3. Update the Deezer app to ensure you have the latest version installed on your device.
  4. Restart your device by powering it off completely and then turning it back on after a few seconds.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please provide the following information:

  1. Have you attempted to log out and log back in using your email address?
  2. What is the brand and model of the device experiencing the issue?
  3. Which operating system version (Android, iOS, Windows, or Mac) is installed on your device?
  4. If using the Deezer app, what is the current version installed on your device?
  5. If accessing Deezer through a web browser, please specify the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge) and its latest version installed.

Additionally, please send a video demonstrating the procedures you have performed and a screenshot of the Deezer app with the "Data and storage" option visible.
