Here’s an idea: fix your forum. It prevents me from posting. It requires I select another topic. I am trying to post about an issue with your music streaming app and then your forum has an error that prevents me from doing that.
I have Deezer premium but I still can't play music off line or in flight mode. I've downloaded all my music but it still doesn't play. anyone know what to do? Hi friends, Deezer is playing a song for me from a personal playlist. The homescreen of Deezer is on my screen. How can I find to which playlist the song belongs? When I activate the waitinglist, then there the playlist-name is not shown… Thanks in advance for a reaction! Peter van den Tillaard.
HiI see that when you enter your Favorites section there’s a previous list of some of your Playlists. What’s the criteria of the ones shown in this preview?Can one select which one to see? I don’t have too many Playlists, but the ones suggested are not very interesting to me, and I always have to enter to select one of the few I regularly use. I would expect the most played ones would be the ones there, right?
Today, my Discovery playlist has a song that I had already favorited, but it is not marked as favorited in Discovery, only in my Favorites playlist. According to Last.fm, I played this song two times in 2022 (on my Deezer account). The song in question is “Free Gloss” by Holy Fuck, Nicholas Allbrook. The album in both cases is Deleter. When I find the song in my Favorites playlist and then I click on the album name, it is not favorited there(?!) So, I think there are two bugs. The main bug is that Discovery should not recommend songs that have an identical artist + track name to one that you’ve favorited or played. The other bug is that when I click on a track’s album name, I expect to go to that track’s album page, not a doppelganger page. I’m guessing this is due to different regions, but please try to make it so that this all works transparently as the customer expects, no matter what weird licensing gymnastics are going on behind the scenes. My phone memory is full, and I thought to delete old downloaded episodes of podcasts I don't listen to anymore or I had already listened to, but it doesn't let me do it. Going to downloaded episodes than pressing on the 3 dots or holding on the episode until the details screen pops up and choosing remove from downloads doesn't seem to do anything. Can somebody help me please?
Spotify is the normal and here in Sweden almost no one I know have even heard of deezer. Under music categories I'm missing punk/punkrock/hardcore etc.. But the most important: French music? Why is that on the list? Nice with the bew look and all ( except the date heart) But your service is very good and it deserves to go more global. Advertise:)

Hello, suddenly today I cannot login Deezer. I’m a Deezer Premium customer. I tried to login with my usual password, but I was denied because of wrong password. I tried several times to reset, received the link by e-mail and changed, but everytime the same story, wrong password. I contacted the support, no reply. Any suggestion? Please help me Thanks
I’ve bought a new mobile phone on Android 13 and I’ve done the data transfer(deezer too) via standard google application for doing it. When I’m trying to log in via google auth from my new mobile phone deezer says me “Unknown error”(or something like this, I’m using the Russian language and in localization it looks like “Неизвестная ошибка”) I’ve tried to change my password for my account, but it didn’t works too. Deezer says me “Your password is inactive” How to resolve this situation?

It it beyond me to understand why is the new favorites heart widget for ios (the only one i use) now all orange??? It doesn’t even go with the rebranding, please fix it either making it like your new logo or at least a proper colored heart on a dark background, this is messing up my home screen
Both suck. How do I get them to change the interface from the stupid Purple Heart To The Equalizer. And why is it they change the options on my playlist I can no longer see how many songs I have on each playlist or when I added to the playlist or the length of the tracks total on the playlist and they're charging me more for Less? This is pure garbage can anybody help me out with this thank you
