Deezer withdrew money for a year subscription, but I didn’t order it

Why did Deezer withdrew money for a year subscription without my consent? I have been paying for a monthly subscription and now suddenly Deezer withdrew a year amount. How to get my money back and cancel it?

        @Yumi999 You need to contact customer support for a refund if you didn’t order the subscription. You can also let your bank know about the sale to see if they can help.
